Master Cartridge Rolls are offered in both standard aluminium oxide and premium ceramic abrasive grain.

• Aluminium Oxide – 60 up to 120 grit • Ceramic – 60 up to 120 grit

A range of roll sizes is available from 6 to 19mm diameter and 25 to 50mm long with either a straight or tapered side according to your application requirements.

Applications

Ideal for fast cutting on contours and hard-to-reach areas on all ferrous materials.

Flash removal, polishing, edge breaking and removing machine tool marks.

Master cartridge rolls are lengths of abrasive cloth wound around a spindle for a multi-layer product which exposes new abrasive cutting points throughout the product life.

This long-lasting product is an excellent solution for deburring and metal removal applications.
