Department of Engineering and Information Technology once again give recognition to the University in terms of theperformance of the licensure examination in Electrical Engineers which got 83.33% passing percentage.

o The new Electrica l Engineers: Engr. Gibbs T. Bugas, Engr. Mark Anthony M. Ligad, Engr. Elvis Cris R. Mangga, Engr.Dionisio N. Salvador, Jr., and Engr. Grayson A. Zoleta

57.14% passing rate of the Licensure Examination for Teachers for the first time takers conducted last March 2013.

The Department of TourismServices conducted acurriculum review last May 16- 172013 toupdate changes with theexisting program curriculum in thedepartment.

The Department of Industrial Technology and Teachers Education conducted their curriculum review onJune 11, 2013 at Kasili Resort, Mainit, Surigao del Norte.

RESEARCH

Ms. Nathalie L. Daminar, Head of RDE Unit presented a Research Output entitled DNA-Binding Property of the MostBioactive Metabolite from the Hexane Extract of the Aerial Part ofHydrocotyle verticillatalast April 30 May 4, 2013 atDavao City during the IAMURE Multidisciplinary Research.

Ms. Daminar received DIAMOND AWARD during presentation- Best Oral Presenter- Best in Powerpoint Presentation- Best in Talent
