INX Digital International, 2010 – January 2015 – Customer Service Lead / Sales Support Representative / Human Resource Designate

Customer Service Lead / Sales Support Role: Primary point of contact for all interaction of North American and Canadian as well as

International / Private Label customers with the company. Manages the customer’s needs by working closely with most functional departments within the company such as Sales, Marketing, Technical Services and Operations. Works to maintain strong customer relationships.

Handles all customer orders and follows through with the coordination of each order from beginning to end. Acts as the customer’s advocate at all times.

Approves and issues credits, returns and invoices for entire Customer Service Department. Sales functions – distributes all leads to the appropriate sales person and uses the internal

system CRM to enter and track all leads for North America and Canada. Utilizes sales strategies and upholds sales policies in coordination with the North American / Canadian sales team as well as international sales representatives dealing with delicate private label accounts.
