O F F I C I A L R U L E S1. Entries will be sold only to PCA members listed in the PCA database at the timeof purchase. To be eligible to win a prize, you must be a PCA member listed in thePCA membership database at the time of the drawing. Entries may not be assigned,transferred or sold either before or after the drawing. 8,500 entries will be sold forthe Grand Prize. In addition, after initial 8,500 entries, another Grand Prize will beadded for every additional 4,500 entries sold. The odds of winning will depend uponthe total number of entries sold. All entries received by June 3, 2019 will be acceptedinto the raffle.2. The price of each raffle entry is $50 US. No entry tickets will be sent to purchas-ers, however entries will be confirmed via email. There is no limit to the number ofentries a member may purchase.3. No person under the age of 18 may purchase a raffle entry or receive any prize.4. An entry purchaser does not have to be present at the drawing to be eligible towin a prize. Any entry purchaser may attend the drawing.5. Entry purchases may be made in cash, by certified funds/personal check or viacredit card online at www.pca.org. All payments for entries must be made in US funds.6. The winner will be notified in person, via email or by certified mail, and the win-ner’s name will be announced on the PCA website, www.pca.org.7. No raffle entries will be sold after June 3, 2019. Requests for entries received afterJune 3, 2019 will not be included in the drawing and will be returned. Entry requestswill be subject to acceptance by PCA.8. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to PorscheClub of America, P.O. Box 6400, Columbia, MD 21045, after July 31, 2019.9. If fewer than 4,250 raffle entries are sold, PCA reserves the right in its absolutediscretion to substitute one-half (50%) of the gross sales revenue from the entries soldas of the time of the entry deadline as the prize in lieu of the listed prizes.10. The car being offered as a prize will be a US specification car and will be availablefor pick-up at a US located authorized Porsche dealership for ninety (90) days afternotification. The winner will be responsible for all licensing, registration, taxes, fees,duties, insurance and other costs as well as transportation to and from the dealership.PCA specifically disclaims any and all express or implied warranties, including warran-ties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the raffle car.

11. Unless prohibited by law, the winner may substitute a cash prize in the amountof $85,000 US in lieu of taking possession of the car and $25,000 Cash Prize. Anyelection to take the cash prize must be made within ninety (90) days after the drawing.12. The winner is responsible for all applicable local, state and federal taxes includingall sales, use, luxury and income taxes. All prizes will be subject to federal taxwithholding of 25% or the then applicable rate in accordance with the requirements ofFederal law. PCA will collect and submit the withholding on behalf of the winner priorto delivery of prize.13. All requests for entries must be submitted on an official entry form which isavailable on the PCA website, www.pca.org, in “Porsche Panorama”, and containedin a PCA direct mail piece. Entry forms may be reproduced. All entry forms must besubmitted by mail to PCA at P.O. Box 6400, Columbia, MD 21045 or via online atwww.pca.org.14. The winner will be selected at a random drawing from all eligible entries to beconducted at 9689 Gerwig Lane, Unit 4 c/d Columbia, MD 21046 the week of June10th by a PCA employee whose decision shall be final and binding in all respects.The winning entry will be drawn from a container in which all eligible entry stubspurchased for the drawing will be mixed. Each entry stub will have an equal chance ofbeing drawn.15. This offer is void where prohibited by law.16. PCA Employees and National Executive Council, persons living in the samehouseholds as employees and National Executive Council, immediate family members(spouses, children, siblings and parents) of employees and council members of PCAare not eligible to enter or to win prizes.17. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for PCA to use the winner’s name,regional affiliation, likeness and photograph in any PCA publicity worldwide in allmedia including the Internet without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.18. By participating in the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these OfficialRules.19. This raffle is sponsored by the Porsche Club of America, 9689 Gerwig Lane, Unit4c/d, Columbia, MD 21046. The entire net proceeds of the raffle shall be devotedexclusively to the lawful purposes of the Porsche Club of America.
