Not only do we strive to build homes of the highest quality,
we go the extra mile to provide our customers with an
enjoyable, inspiring and worry-free building experience.
From the first time you meet with one of our friendly
representatives at our Display Centres, throughout the
building journey and the completion of your warranty period,
our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering.
WE WILL:
• Build your home to display home quality.
• Provide quality control inspections by qualified building surveyors.
• Conduct joint on-site inspections, during business hours, at a time agreed in advance upon request.
• Provide you with a New Home Information Pack at completion of the construction of your new home, including manufacturers’ warranties.
• Contact you within 14 days of settling into your new home, to answer any queries.
• Provide a 100-point warranty inspection three months after settlement.
WE WILL:
• Always be approachable in all our dealings with you by being polite, clear and straight forward in responses.
• Respond to you within one working day of all enquiries.
• Provide an experienced Client Liaison Executive as your dedicated point of contact.
• Provide contact details for our staff who will be responsible for helping you during construction.
• Contact you with fortnightly progress reports prior to going to site and weekly during construction.

• Provide you with comprehensive information explaining the entire building process from sale through to completion of your warranty period.
• Use plain English in our documents, including the use of the HIA New Home Building Contract.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Carlisle invites community groups and organisations across Melbourne
and Geelong who could use a helping hand, to apply. With up to
$50,000 available every quarter, it’s your chance to build and grow
your community and enrich the lives of people in your area.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
If you know a community group or sporting club in any of the
areas that Carlisle is building in, let them know about the Carlisle
Community Grants Program. It doesn’t matter if you’re a member of
a community group yourself – we want to hear from any grass roots
organisations that need help in getting a local project off the ground.
