PBL Winners Conagratulations to the following Winners.

Richie N 1/2G Is the recipient of this month’s

‘Safe’ Award Richie is a safe, respectful student of CEPS. He is always displaying safe behaviours, in and beyond the classroom. In the classroom, I can count on Richie to be sensible and responsible. He moves around the classroom safely when practising our class Extravaganza item and rotating stations in reading groups. Richie earns himself a dojo point each day for remembering to bring his hat to school and plays safely with his friends in the playground. During sport, Richie ensures he is being fair and a team player and encourages others with his kind words. Keep up the good work, Richie!

Mia E 5/6H Is the recipient of this month’s

‘Respectful’ Award Mia has been an exemplary member of the Student Leadership team. She is on time to all of her jobs and always completes them with enthusiasm. Mia eagerly steps into additional roles when another member of the team is unable to complete their responsibility. She leads by example and sets the standard in excellence and behaviour. Mia has been extremely consistent in her leadership across the year and is someone who can always be relied upon to complete her job effectively. Thank you for your wonderful leadership, Mia!

Minn M 1S Is the recipient of this month’s

‘Learner’ Award Minn regularly works with Ms Power and a small group of students to improve his use and understanding of the English language. He has proven to be an exceptional role model for peers, often taking the time to assist them with activities when he has completed his own work. For Minn, no task is too daunting and his enthusiasm sees him willingly attempt and complete all activities on time. He regularly communicates and seeks clarification from the

teacher when he has completed any writing. Minn eagerly takes advice on board to edit his work and further his understanding of tense, the use of punctuation and spelling conventions. He thrives on opportunities to share knowledge and engage in conversations, particularly those about his personal interests and family. Congratulations to Minn, for his ongoing positive attitude to learning.
