HOW TO GET A LICENSE

AGE: You must be at least 18 years of age.

RESIDENCE: You must have proof of legal presence in the U.S.

HONESTY: Applicants must be honest and truthful.

EDUCATION: Successfully complete 3 college-level classes

1. Real Estate Principles 2. Real Estate Practice 3. One elective: Legal Aspects of Real Estate

OTHER: Members of State Bar are exempt Transcripts satisfying Broker minimum

COST: The state charges $60 to administer the state exam
