Held annually within the Skills Ontario Competition the Career Exploration Showcase (CES) is skilled trades and technology based, interactive, hands-on and provides an ideal opportunity for YOU to help young people, their parents and educators, investigate their career opportunities in the skilled trades and technologies. Our 2017 Career Exploration Showcase is expected to welcome twenty thousand young learners, who are beginning to plan their futures in the career fields you are promoting.
We provide the opportunity; YOU provide the interactive trades experience.

HOW TO REGISTER Follow the prompts to fill out our Online Registration Form at: www.skillsontario.com/exhibitors
Registration Opens: Priority registration for Sponsors: Thursday, December 1st, 2016. Priority registration ends: Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Any non-sponsor registrations received prior to March 14, 2017 will not be approved until priority registration for sponsors ends. Deadline for booth registrations: Registration Closes: Friday, March 31, 2017 Special requests for additional or specific electrical systems, internet, webcam, water and/or exhaust are requested to be submitted for review as early as possible, but no later than March 31, 2017.* All special requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Skills Ontario. Requests for specific booth locations are assigned first to Skills Ontario sponsors,.

As most of our participants are hands-on learners, each exhibit is required to include at least
one skilled trades or technology based hands-on component, as well as take away information.
*To order additional tables, chairs, electrical outlets and lunches, indicate the total number required on your registration form, and you will be invoiced accordingly.
Additional Tables: $20 per table Additional Chairs: $10 per chair Additional Lunches: $15 per lunch Additional Outlets: $175 per outlet Internet Connection: Please see registration form or Exhibitor FAQ for details.
Requests for specific booth locations will be
granted based on level of sponsorship until
priority registration ends.
Exhibitors who register early are more likely to
receive their requested booth(s).
Sponsor booths with hands-on, interactive
displays are more likely to be placed in higher
tiered locations if requested.
*NEW this year, Skills Ontario will be introducing tiered pricing based on booth location. Price
differences are based on the amount of anticipated foot-traffic in each area. Please reference the
2017 Draft Floor Plan to view each tiered location. Exhibitors may choose to have booths in
multiple tiers. All booth requests will be assessed by Skills Ontario and are not guaranteed.

If services have already been provided at the time of cancellation, original charges will apply.
No refund will be given on services that require advance planning i.e. special electrical
circuits. If a cancellation notice is received in writing on or before the deadline date (Friday,
March 31, 2017) a full refund will be issued on listed items on the registration form. If a cancellation notice is received in writing after the deadline date (Friday, March 31,
2017) but before two weeks prior to the event (Monday, April 17, 2017), a 50% refund will be issued on items listed on the exhibitors registration form.
Any cancellations received after Monday, April 17, 2017 will not be refunded either in
whole or in part.
