Graduates of the EDHEC Global MBA continue to appeal to a range of employers, with 85% receiving their first job offer within three months of finishing their studies. The technology sector is the leading choice for EDHEC MBAs, followed by the consulting and financial sectors. The three sectors combined account for about 50% of our graduates – with top-tier employers including Amazon, Bloomberg, Deloitte, Four Seasons, Mars and Roche. A number of graduates chose small and mid-sized companies, including emerging start-ups, while 11% of EDHEC MBAs started their own companies.
EDHEC MBAs continue to have high levels of contact with organizations around the world; depending on their specialization students spent a week learning hands-on with companies in Singapore, San Francisco, London and Paris. Further events, such as Global Talent Day in Paris and the Finance Career Days in Nice, bring the MBAs face-to-face with leading companies, while our Senior Leaders Series bring managers from around the world into our amphitheatres.
As the world renews its focus on justice, equal rights and sustainability we are proud that the high participation in EDHEC's trip to Cape Town reflects
the importance of these issues to this generation of leaders. True to their global outlook, well over half of our MBAs achieved the 'triple jump' of changing location, sector and job function – with 53% working outside of their home country.
The modern workplace continues to evolve and change, with the Covid-19 crisis guaranteeing that much more is to come. This generation of EDHEC MBAs in sectors like technology and health have already joined other alumni to brief our current students on those changes, and we thank them for that. We also thank all those organizations, leaders and alumni who have worked with us on our courses, projects, treks and networking events. Your engagement is vital in ensuring that today's EDHEC MBAs are well-prepared for their next step into a future with fewer certainties, but more promise.

The outcome of this journey was landing an MBA internship at Schneider Electric in the marketing and strategy department, followed by a full-time position as an area manager at Amazon in France. i am very grateful to EDHEC and the highly-motivated careers services team for the personalized approach, both with students and with companies. Dublin Tech Trek 2020A 5 DAy ExPEDITION fROM THE fRENCH RIvIERA TO EUROPE'S 'SILICON vALLEy'
“This experience is a unique opportunity for both students and companies. Students had the chance to learn more about top global tech companies, gain insights into an international job market and to meet with senior managers and recruiters. Companies don’t always have the time to come to our campuses to meet and interact with top MBA talent which is why we decided to develop the Company Trek concept to enable senior executives and recruiters the opportunity to connect with our MBA participants.”
