Indian Chartered Accountancy qualication is considered to be one of the most

widely acclaimed. Besides having strong commercial acumen to take right business

decisions, the essence of a CA lies in his /her versatility and agility to adapt. Indian

CAs have not only grown in number but also gained appreciation and acceptance

across the globe. Needless to mention here, that Indian CAs, by virtue of their

To cater the need of nance professionals/Industry, Committee for Professional

Accountants in Business & Industry (CPABI) of The Institute of Chartered

Accountants of India (ICAI) took another initiative that will provide platform for

placement opportunities to the experienced Chartered Accountants to secure

career advancement in the leading Organisations.

This programme is an extended dimension to the existing Campus Placement

Programmes, being regularly undertaken by CPABI for the Newly Qualied

Chartered Accountants and satiate the need of entry level requirements for

organisations.

Mode of payment : Participation fee may be paid by way of Demand Draft in favour of ‘The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’ payable at New Delhi and should be sent to Secretary, CPABI, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI BHAWAN, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi-110 002 via courier/ speed post so as to reach on or before the last date of registration for companies at respective centres. Also payment may be submitted at any of the campus interview centres.

GUIDELINES FOR THE PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS

l The companies participating will have to register online at https://cpabiplacements.icai.org/.

l The participation fees (non-refundable) should be remitted at ICAI, Head Ofce, New Delhi, only.

l Access to the candidate database shall be allowed only after receipt of the participation fee by CPABI Secretariat. Fee is chargeable even if a recruiting organisation withdraws after conrming the participation and data access has been given.

l The companies can access the database at https://cpabiplacements.icai.org/.

l Participating companies will have to provide the list of shortlisted candidates online on placement portal https://cpabiplacements.icai.org/.

l Final list of candidates appearing for interview will be available online at https://cpabiplacements.icai.org/ one day after consent date by candidate at respective centres.

l Shortlisting of the candidates by the company is restricted to 7 times of the number of vacancies in that particular organisation.

l Once a company has selected any candidate and the offer is accepted by the candidate it is the responsibility of the company to inform the centre heads.

l The companies participating have to offer a minimum CTC of ̀ 11.00 lakhs to the candidates in the Career Ascent Programme.

l Only one room will be provided to each company for conducting the interview process.

l The entire process above would be done online at https://cpabiplacements.icai.org/.
