n Job targets are a group of jobs that match your skills, abilities, and education.

n They are also based on the job function and geographic area.

u Example: I am a licensed elementary school teacher I(job function) who does not drive and lives in Queens (geographic area).

u My job targets would be elementary schools near public transportation.

n Look for jobs that match you best

n Learn what is needed to be hired AND remained employed, OR get promoted

n Plan how to close skill gaps

n Use all resources resources available
