This class incorporates hills, flats, and speed work all set to music and/or timed intervals to increase your heart rate. Work at your own pace, all fitness levels are welcome. If you are new, we will help you set up your bike… just ask. Cycle n’ Strength Medium to High Need a change in your workout? If you answered yes, than this class is for you! Begin with 30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of strength training for all your major and minor muscle groups all in one class. Your body will burn calories all day long. Let’s Do This! HIIT/Circuit Training High A class you don’t want to miss! This class focuses on high intensity moves at different stations. Then, we focus on the major and minor muscle groups with low intensity for the burn! Modification moves will be shown; all fitness levels are welcome. HIIT/Total Body High Muscular strength and endurance. Bursts of high-intensity cardio muscular strength drills integrating upper/lower compounding muscle movements. Strength Fusion Medium to High Conditioning the whole body with short cardio interval drills using bands, balls and weights to define and build the upper and lower body. Low Impact Body Conditioning Light to Medium Come and enjoy this full body conditioning class that includes steady reps and low impact moves. Focusing on correct alignment to protect joints that have “been there; done that”. This is a great class for athletes on a rest day, rehabbing an injury, or those needing other modifications. Arms & Abs Light to Medium This 30 minute class is effective for sculpting your entire upper body. Then adding a variety of core exercises is a total winner for your body. Let’s get that six-pack! Silver Sneakers Light to Medium Silver Sneaker (Cardio and/or Weight Classe) is designed to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance for all ages. Circuit Class- low impact choreograph standing and/or sitting Classic Class- range of movement, strength and balance Mind & Body Find Balance In Your Mind, Body & Soul Tai Chi/Qi Gong Light This “meditation in motion” class uses slow flowing movements harmonizing the body, mind and spirit. It helps develop strength, balance and prevents falls. Pilates Fusion Light This class strengthens your core muscles (abs and back) using controlled breathing and precise movements to improve flexibility, balance, and posture. Some of these fusion techniques are simply adding in Yoga and Barre movements while using various equipment. Barre Fusion Medium to High A challenging set of barre sequences to sculpt the seat, arms and legs, fused together with some cardio intervals and sculpting with weights. You will see and feel results with this high energy, full body workout.
