WASH BUNDLE MANAGEMENT*

Increase your repeat business by offering wash bundles directly at the HTK or CTK kiosk! You determine the quantity of washes you want to include in each bundle, and then set the price in Hosted Solutions. Bundles are then displayed on the HTK/CTK screen for purchase.

When a customer buys a bundle, they are given a receipt with a unique barcode that is scanned until the bundle is depleted. You can customize the text that displays on the receipt in Hosted Solutions.

CUSTOM MOBILE APP MANAGEMENTMobile app management is performed within Hosted Solutions (see page 9).

EXPRESSPASS RFID MANAGEMENTOur ExpressPass RFID system is administered in Hosted Solutions. Profiles are created and managed through an easy interface for Prepaid, Postpaid, Unlimited, or Pay-As-You-Go pass types (see page 11).

CUSTOM MOBILE APP PROGRAM (continued)BUYING WASHESWashes are listed in an expandable format, allowing users to view the specific items offered with each package.

After making a selection and completing payment in the app, the purchased item appears as a QR code that can be used immediately, or saved for later.

The user simply scans the code at the kiosk whenever they want to redeem a wash.

LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAMYou can offer customers a loyalty program that rewards them for every wash purchase they make in the app.

Set the threshold value and reward item in Hosted Solutions (for example: $50 worth of purchases will get a free Ultimate Wash), and once the user hits that threshold, they will get a notification alerting them to the free wash that has been added to their wallet.

A fun, interactive ‘slider’ displays the users points progress on the home screen of the app.

GIFTING WASHES AND WASH BUNDLESThe gifting feature lets users craft a customized email within the app and send a wash or bundle to friends and family.

Once the gift purchase is complete, the email is sent to the recipient alerting them to their gift, which they can redeem by scanning the attached QR code at the kiosk .

Wash Clubs are tied to each users unique phone ID to prevent them using it on more than one device, and codes have 30-second expiration time to minimize sharing.

AIRPAY Any customers with a card on file will be able to use AirPAY to complete purchases at kiosks and self-serve equipment fitted with Hamilton timers and a barcode scanner.

Not only does AirPAY provide more convenience to the customer, but it also offers an alternative to costly EMV-compliant upgrades in your self-serve bays.

EXPRESSPASS RFID SYSTEMExpressPass is an access control system that offers a fast and convenient way for customers to gain entry to your car wash.

Using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), ExpressPass reads a unique chip embedded in a customizable, windshield-mounted, tamper-proof tag. It then validates the account holder information in a secure database, before vending the appropriate service.

The result is a quick, easy, and personalized experience for the customer. For you - it’s higher throughput, greater customer loyalty, and improved cash flow through recurring subscriptions.

ExpressPass is a fully-integrated system for the HTK, CTK, Gold Line®. It is also available in a stand-alone Express Lane configuration, requiring no kiosk.

CODE SYSTEMSHamilton Code Systems issue prepaid or postpaid codes that can be redeemed at your car wash. They are typically installed in c-stores, gas stations, quick lubes, and car dealerships to support cross-business sales initiatives.

TOKENOTES®

Tokenotes® are the size of a dollar bill and accepted at Hamilton kiosks like paper currency (an XE validator is required). Fully-customizable with your logo and text, they are perfect for mailers, fund raisers, charity events, and bundle packages. They can be programmed to offer a discount on your washes, or to vend a complete service.

CUSTOMER VALUE CARDS

Our customizable CVC cards can be programmed to hold value of between $5 and $500. They can be used as pre-paid gift cards or post-paid fleet cards to meet a variety of demands. Working in conjunction with the Data Access Network (D.A.N.), their use helps reduce fees you would otherwise be paying to process credit card transactions. Hamilton’s CCD change machine can vend and recharge CVC cards, giving your customers great convenience even at unattended locations.

PROMOTIONAL WEB SERVICE

Hamilton offers a customized, promotional e-commerce website that lets customers purchase and recharge their CVC cards. It can also be used to sell Tokenotes®.
