House Brut Cuveé Multi Region, SA 45.0 Fresh + Lifted + Crisp + Lemon Pale gold in colour with green tints. Fresh lifted aromas of citrus and red apples with subtle hints of musk. The palate is lively and full of flavour with a creamy texture from extended time on lees balanced by a crisp, refreshing acidity on the finish.

Ca di Alte Prosecco DOC Veneto, IT 55.0 Apple + Dry + Pear + Lemon Sherbet Frothy white mousse showing good hold. Very pale straw coloured base wine threaded by a very fine and steady stream of tiny bubbles. Fresh ripe red apple and pear aromas emanate from the glass, followed by hints of lemon sherbet and a subtle baked note.

Chandon Blanc De Blanc Brut Coldstream, VIC 70.0 Citrus Zest + Subtle Strawberry + Nougat + Delicate Alongside its bright, softly acidic flavours of Fuji apples, pears, nectarines and Meyer lemons, comes an aroma of fresh lime blossom and fennel.

Jim Barry The Atherley Riesling Clare Valley, SA 54.0 Punchy Lemon + Orange Blossom + Lemon Curd + Grapefruit This wine is a pale straw colour in the glass. The nose has a vibrant lift of punchy lemon sherbet, orange blossom and freshly grated ginger. A wine of great line and drive, the palate has lashings of flavours with elements of lemon curd, lime, grapefruit, guava and nashi pear.

Parish Riesling Coal River, TAS 77.0 Chamomile + Grapefruit + Juniper + Minerality The Parish Vineyard Riesling is defined by a long taut spine of slaty acidity, balanced by textured complexity, with flavours of a wild cottage-garden - chamomile, feijoa, dried lavender, juniper and grapefruit with aromas of tea rose, cumquat and ocean spray.

Babich Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, NZ 49.0 Mango + Nectarine + Passionfruit + Citrus Richly perfumed with mango and nectarine, mineral and lime. Sweet herbals and a hint of fresh pea out of the pod.

Garagiste Le Stagiaire Pinot Gris Mornington Peninsula, VIC 69.0 Passionfruit + Grapefruit + Lemon + Textural Pinot gris from one of the Mornington Peninsula’s best producers. Excellent intensity. It hits you straight up. Guava, passionfruit pulp, grapefruit and citrus. Fruit-exuberant, you’d call it, though it’s also flinty and smoky and direct, not to mention textural.

Forest Hill Highbury Fields Chardonnay Great Southern, WA 54.0 Stonefruit + Citrus Peel + Light Oak + Well Rounded Bright straw with green hues. Aromas of white stonefruit, citrus peel with some nutty complexity. Generous palate with more stonefruit flavours. Textured with elegant natural acidity to finish.

Mount Macleod Chardonnay Gippsland, VIC 60.0 Fresh + Vanilla Cream + Medium Weight + Smooth Committed to showcasing the best nature has to offer, Mount Macleod are the masters of balanced, paired back wines. This particular Chardonnay has a surprising minerality that complements the more traditional vanilla cream flavours.

Domaine Jean Defaix Chablis Chablis, FR 95.0 Apple + Melon + Texture + Touch of Oak Apple and melon flavours and the waxy texture combined with balanced acidity which shows us how good Chablis can be. The bouquet has a striking smoky, mineral character. The palate shows high acidity, plenty of mineral complexity and a touch of honey. A rich, full style.

Brokenwood Indigo Chardonnay Beechworth, VIC 120.0 Zesty + Rounded Oak + Toasty + Lees Fermented in 100% French oak, mostly 500L puncheons, the warm year has meant less citrus lift but has bran meal and toast notes from the wild ferment and extended lees contact. The crisp acidity and low alcohol makes for quite a zesty mouth feel.

Lost Buoy Grenache Rosé McLaren Vale, SA 58.0 Pear + Strawberry + Refreshing + Bright A rosé that is refreshing, crisp and as delicate in colour as the pink evening skies over McLaren Vale’s Gulf St Vincent. It has been cold fermented, minimally handled and delicately balanced to ensure a reflection of varietal definition and regional character.

Domaine Les Fouques Rosé Provence, FR 72.0 Peach + Melon + Wild Strawberries + Textural This rosé displays a wonderfully full fruited and fleshy appeal, showing more density and textural layering than many other Provence counterparts. The low intervention winemaking throws elements of funk and texture, adding to the profile of peach, melon and wild strawberries.

Blind Corner Orange Margaret River, WA 69.0 Savoury + Textural + Funky + Natural This blend uses just about every variety of white/grey/gris you can think of - Pinot Gris, Sauv Blanc, Semillon & Chenin, then blends them in a rolling wild ferment. All skins are left in through the process to add tannin tang and a wonderful mouth texture.

First Creek Pinot Noir Hunter Valley, NSW 55.0 Brambly Fruit + Raspberries + Dark Cherries + Blueberries Flavours of black brambly fruit, raspberries and dark cherry are enhanced by a seductive fruit sweetness, finishing with natural graphite tannins and a supple natural acidity.

San Pietro Pinot Noir Mornington Peninsula, VIC 60.0 Strawberries + Violet + Dried Herbs + Anise Deep dark red colour with a light red to red hue. Fragrant violet laced aromas of ripe cherries, strawberries and anise drift from the glass with subtle spicy cedar and dried herb notes.

Kelvedon Pinot Noir East Coast, TAS 78.0 Cherries + Cacao + Complex + Refined This smooth elegant wine is swimming in flavours and aromas of black cherries, and dark chocolate. The accompaniment of these flavours combined with the fine balance of tannins and French oak create a wine that is full of intense layers of flavour that remain on the palate.

Tilia Malbec Mendoza, ARG 50.0 Rich + Juicy Blackberries + Vanilla + Sweet Spice On the palate the wine is rich and full-bodied with flavors of juicy blackberries, cranberries, and black currants abound, followed by notes of vanilla and sweet spice.

Angas & Bremer The Creek GSM Langhorne Creek, SA 52.0 Medium Body + Red Cherry + Orange Blossom + Apricot A medium bodied, fruit forward wine with excellent length. It displays lifted aromas of red cherries and orange blossom which combines seamlessly with flavours of raspberry and a hint of apricot.

Poggio Anima Sangiovese Tuscany, IT 63.0 Dark Cherry + Plum + Spice + Medium Body Light in body the palate has fruity dark cherry, plum, earth and spicy dried herb flavours. Slightly dryish finish with soft finely integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a medium length aftertaste.

Rising Gamay Yarra Valley, VIC 75.0 Delicate + Pretty + Sweet Fruit + Juicy Light purple/red in colour with pure, bright aromas of red cherry, cranberry, macerated raspberry fruits, spice, forest floor and a light wash of Amaro herbs.

The Sum Shiraz Great Southern, WA 55.0 Plum + Savoury + Nutmeg + Ground Pepper The wine displays aromas of ripe Satsuma plums with some savoury complexity adding nutmeg spices and freshly ground pepper notes. These flavours continue onto the medium to full bodied palate and are supported by fine grained, plush tannins and interwoven oak.

Alpha Box & Dice Palmetto Shiraz McLaren Vale, SA 65.0 Cherry + Vanilla + Dark Chocolate + Spice A great dark cherry colour which follows to a sexy nose of vanilla, dark chocolate and spice. Whilst it has weight and body behind it, well balanced, tannin weight and structure of this wine seamlessly combine to lead into dark red and blue fruits.

Kilikanoon ‘Covenant’ Shiraz Clare Valley, SA 90.0 Plums + Licorice + Bold + Complex Richly flavoured with a strong linear focus, supple tannins and a long finish, the palate carries over sweet plums, fresh licorice and soy sauce in addition to introducing savoury meats and charcuterie to the mix. Perfectly encapsulated the regions precision and personality.

Mojo Cabernet Sauvignon Barossa Valley, SA 58.0 Raspberry + Blackberry + Cedar + Rich Mouth-filling ripe raspberries, juicy blackberry with hints of spicy cedar wood followed by very supple tannins. Fragrant, blackcurrant and supple.

Vasse Felix Filius Cabernet Sauvignon Margaret River, WA 72.0 Cherry + Black Forest Cake + Full Body + Cranberry Tangy, bright black cherry fruit arrives on a pure, polished stone texture. This builds to a powdery, long, dry finish with lingering black forest cake flavours.
