ERP Data Managment Executive (Fresh grads

Responsibilities:

Work with the IT analysts to determine specific data cleanup activities needed

Assist data object owners in understanding, consolidating, analyzing and reporting data

conversion issues from legacy systems to the new ERP system

Execute data clean-up activities in the extract and master loading files with a high level of quality

and self-validation, with focus on meeting deadlines set by the data conversion managers

To compare and validate post data load extracts with pre-data load master tables using a

combination of scripts and advanced Excel techniques

Consult and get timely decisions on data conversion issues that needs to be resolved from the

data object owners

To bring up issues and decision delays that will affect data conversion timelines to the data

conversion managers

Requirements:

Industry experience: Previous data management/entry experience in a manufacturing environment

would be an advantage

A working knowledge of at least one or both ERP system (either SAP or Oracle) would be an

advantage

Experience working with Order Management, Procurement and multidisciplinary teams, including

external agencies/consultants would be an added advantage
