The below are my observations for the error causing:

Please check with remaining available capacity for work center at CM01

Capacity is not available on particular date on which system is showing overload. As in finite scheduling system will

not allow you overload so why that you are getting this error.

Select the correct strategy profile so that system to reschedule in the forward direction at capacity planning table.
