Simone Soong commenced her role as Systems Administrator and WHS / Environmental Advisor in June 2016. Prior to this appointment, Simone was employee by QSolutions Group, engaged by Hansen Constructions NQ to provide consultant services for quality, health and safety and the environment. In this capacity, Simone developed and implemented Hansen Constructions NQ’s Integrated Business Management System, and through the certification process and subsequent years, provided consultancy services to Hansen Constructions NQ. Simone has extensive experience in the construction industry including a role as Systems Manager for TCS Civil and Building providing health and safety and environmental advice on complex infrastructure projects including civil and commercial building projects. During her time with TCS, TCS obtained and maintained accreditation with the Office of the Federal Commissioner under the Building and Accreditation OHS Scheme.

Well qualified, a demonstrated record in supervising workers and an excellent safety record, Dallas has proven to be an effective member of the Hansen Constructions NQ team including the supervising the delivery of the underground services for Hansen Constructions NQ’s most recent project being Yumba-Meta 40 lot subdivision. BRIEF OVERVIEW Yumba-Meta Housing Association Limited (YMHAL) aims to provide and the lead the Housing Agenda in North Queensland and advocate towards stronger more sustainable policies for disadvantaged groups, in particular Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. To achieve this YMHAL identified the need for clients to have more exit points from community and social housing to affordable, appropriate and secure housing. YMHAL invested in 26 acres of land at Thorn Street, Mount Louisa and commenced planning for the subdivision. It is through this project YMHAL intends to fulfil its mission of Homelessness to Home Ownership. Appointed as Principal Contractor, provision of civil construction and landscaping works for residential sub-division including bulk earthworks, road construction, culvert construction; stormwater drainage, water and sewerage reticulation; conduits (electrical / communications / NBN), erosion and sediment control works. In accordance with the conditions of the contract, Hansen Constructions NQ ensured that they were able to meet and exceed the minimum requirement of 10% employment and training hours, with Hansen Constructions NQ percentage of hours for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders being 20.17% during the course of the project.

BRIEF OVERVIEW Fairways is Townsville's only freehold master planned golf course community offering an exclusive inner city lifestyle within the Townsville Golf Club at Rosslea. Fairways encaptures the golf course as a natural backdrop, creating a tranquil, peaceful and open space environment, ensuring a premier quality lifestyle for all residents. Fairways features unique and innovative urban design, landscaping and engineering solutions for which it has received UDIA EnviroDeveloper Certification. Commencing in February 2014 Hansen Constructions NQ has delivered consecutive staging of civil construction residential sub-division works for Fairways at Townsville Golf Club. This project has been designed and constructed to meet key elements of the EnviroDevelopment Criteria and has achieved certification in four elements: Eco-Systems, Waste, Materials and Community. Provision of civil construction works for residential and commercial sub-division including bulk earthworks, road construction, culvert construction; stormwater drainage, water and sewerage reticulation; conduits (electrical / communications / NBN), erosion and sediment control works, man-made lake systems and preservation and protection of existing natural vegetation (individual and group trees). Bulk earthworks also included noise amelioration embankments and bulk earthworks for the leisure centre.

BRIEF OVERVIEW Located in Alice River adjacent to Rupertswood, the Mount Margaret estate offers unrivalled opportunity to build a new home on a large block in a country setting, whilst only being 12 minutes from major shops and town. Commencing in December 2013 Hansen Constructions NQ commenced construction of civil infrastructure and subdivision works for Mount Margaret Estate, with the original stage completed by Mendi Constructions and all remaining stages completed by Hansen Constructions NQ. Provision of civil construction works for residential and commercial sub-division including bulk earthworks, road construction, culvert construction; stormwater drainage, water and sewerage reticulation; conduits (electrical / communications / NBN), erosion and sediment control works. Additional works also included the Ridge Drive (intersection with Herveys Range Road) upgrade which included installation of culverts and road rehabilitation and extensive traffic management including construction and maintenance of side track during upgrade works.

BRIEF OVERVIEW Fairfield Waters is a fully master planned community, located on the banks of Ross River, featuring landscaped parkland and lake reserve over a 234 hectare site, which includes 2,300 home sites and 40 hectares of lake and parkland reserves Commencing in 1997 Hansen Constructions NQ has delivered civil construction residential and commercial subdivision works on 90% of the subdivisions comprising Fairfield Waters Estate, with one stage completed by BMD and all remaining stages completed by Hansen Constructions NQ. Appointed as Principal Contractor, provision of civil construction works for residential and commercial subdivision including bulk earthworks, road construction, culvert construction; stormwater drainage, water and sewerage reticulation; conduits (electrical / communications / NBN), erosion and sediment control works, acoustic fencing, preservation and protection of existing natural vegetation (individual and group trees). These works also included installation of north Queensland's first aquifer recharge device, river stabilisation of severely eroded riverbanks, excavation, lake creation and protection of underground aquifers, contamination management and remediation and management and remediation of unconsolidated fill on site. In addition to meeting Townsville City Council standard for infrastructure, Hansen Constructions NQ constructed a section of Lakeland Boulevard for Department of Transport and Main Roads.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Hansen Constructions NQ has developed and implemented an Integrated Business Management System (IBMS) which documents Hansen Constructions NQ’s commitment to ensuring quality, health and safety and best practice environmental outcomes. Hansen Constructions NQ’s IBMS has been formally assessed by International Certifications (JAS-ANZ accredited) and certified as complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, AS/NZS 4801:2001 Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System standards, in October 2013. Hansen Constructions NQ has continued to maintain this accreditation during annual surveillance audits, and the IBMS will was recently re-certified in September 2016.
