Telstra Calling for Microsoft 365 provides the ability to create cloud auto attendants which are used to let external and internal callers move through a menu system to locate and place or transfer calls to company users or departments in your organization. Users can express their choices and interact with the menu system by using a phone keypad (DTMF) or speech recognition. Call queues provide the ability to automatically put incoming calls on hold, and the ability to search for the next available call agent to handle the call while the people who call are listening to advertise on hold. Call queues can be answered in either.

Procurement of new plans and hardware is simple with access to a customised catalogue determined by your Telstra contract and any additional options you have chosen to make available. Custom bundles can be allocated for profiled deployment, making it easier than ever to order and deliver new services. ENTAG’s QLD based support team are experienced in all aspects of mobility support and understand the critical nature of service availability. Our Helpdesk is operational Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm AEST. Some of the typical day to day requests accessible via our portal include, but are not limited to the following:

Entag have for years supported our customers with highly professional dedicated project management for the deployment of simple to highly complex technology solutions for enterprise and government customers. Our commitment is to seamlessly transition your business Technology Solution with minimal business disruptions and to mitigate risk. Forming part of our delivery we will prepare a Project Delivery document which is guided by the client project sponsor and Entag solution architect team. The aim of this document is to demonstrate the process and the approach that we undertake when it comes to transitioning to the new solution. This document will outline the scope, project phases, project approach, risk management and project schedule.

Your Project Manager will: Conduct a project kick off meeting with required business stakeholders to define and agree on the project scope and deliverables. Develop a project plan/integrated delivery schedule, risk and issue management plan. Be the single point of contact based on agreed communications plan and provide regular project status updates. Manage all internal delivery groups to achieve agreed outcomes. Manage changes in scope and/or contract variations through defined change management process. Finalise all project documentation including any customer billing, to ensure the seamless transition of deliverables into the customer’s operational environment. Produce a project closure report and obtain formal sign off before closing the project.

From the management of chronic diseases such as Diabetes and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease to patients requiring Acute Care in a HITH setting, ENTAG Digital Health stands out as a bastion of improving care delivery capacity for Clinicians, and increasing quality of life, care outcomes and care accessibility for patients. Strategically aligning with world leading trusted technology providers such as Telstra, Apple, Microsoft and iHealth has been central to the immense impact ENTAG Digital Health has had and will continue to have in the future, as we further diversify in the health space. Entag now supports customers in a multitude of fields including health organisations, with their health technology powered by The Diary CarePro and enabled by the Telstra Mobile Network.
