CAPABILITY
STATEMENT
Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to review this brief capability statement and considering Adcon.
Adcon Group has forged a reputation for delivering large structural concrete infrastructure projects on time and on budget for
its repeat clientele across the Australian eastern seaboard. We have been able to achieve this by focusing on providing the
right people, systems and temporary works engineering on an individual project basis.
Over the years we have built our reputation to successfully become a key player in the supply and delivery of structural
concrete solutions into the commercial buildings and residential high-rise sectors, and this year we have expanded into the
civil infrastructure sector, where we have been successful and are currently in the advanced stages of completion of the
civil concrete works associated with the Parkville Station shaft and concrete linings as required on the Melbourne Metro
Tunnel Project. I have included some links below to some of our work at the Parkville project to assist you in understanding
our capability in the infrastructure sector.

This success is highlighted by the effect that Adcon presently being well ahead of program and on budget, and that has
provided the mutual respect between the parties and forms the foundation upon which we are currently in negotiations for
subsequent packages related to this exciting project.
One of the key drivers in our success is our in-house temporary works department & fabrication shop, which is able to
design and deliver temporary works systems & methodologies, ensuring that project delivery is efficient, cost-effective &
safe, reflective of the client’s program needs and expectations.
Our approach in terms of project delivery can be as a turnkey approach or broken down into various elements to ensure
the client obtains an optimum solution.
Presently, we employ in excess of 250 employees across the eastern seaboard, and in addition to this the group has
concrete delivery assets in the order of $100M (AUD) inhouse, increasing with each major project we deliver. We currently
have enough horizontal, vertical and shaft jump forms to complete 8 high-rise structures at the same time or to utilize &
adapt to suit other forms of structure, giving our clients a cost-effective solution.
I hope the following will give you sufficient insight into the Adcon Group. Should you require any further information, please
do not hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to assisting you on your future projects.
