CONSTRUCTION BEGINS AT CANYON EASTPhase One is underway, Canyon’s Newest Neighborhood has completed the installation of streets and utilities, and home starts are in process. We have been working diligently to prepare for Canyon’s Newest Neighborhood. We are proud to offer another neighborhood in Canyon, Texas. The first homes will be complete around the latter part of March in preparation for the 2011 Parade of Homes.
With all the attention and anticipation of Canyon’s newest neighborhood, we have begun painting the picture that captures imagination and vision of what most people dare to expect in the place they call home. Canyon has long been home to those who live and thrive on the West Texas spirit of faith, family and traditional values. We welcome new builders, Realtors and new homeowners into our new neighborhood in Canyon, Texas.
Our goal is to create a variety of homes for sale in this peaceful new neighborhood. Starting at 1550 sq. ft. to larger floor plans, Canyon East offers homes that will appeal to every potential buyer. Located in the Canyon Independent School District, we have dedicated land for a city park and church within this new neighborhood. Our careful planning will assure homeowners maximum enjoyment of this new neighborhood.
We have 2 homes under construction, 5 lots sold and 1 lot under contract this month.
Again, we welcome builders and Realtors with the same vision in building this new neighborhood. We look forward to working with you at Canyon East.
