OUR MISSIONPhreesia helps medical groups and health systems leverage patient intake to improve care and achieve their organizational goals. Since our founding in 2005, we’ve made it our mission to know patient intake and to help healthcare providers better understand their patients. Phreesia’s innovative SaaS platform connects patients and providers before, during and after the visit.
Over the past decade, our products have expanded to incorporate eligibility and benefits verification, a payments platform and clinical screening tools. Today, we manage intake for more than 70 million patients annually and integrate with the leading practice management and electronic health record systems.

OUR WORK ENVIRONMENTPhreesia strives to provide a friendly and energetic work environment. We work hard, but we also work well by making sure you have the right tools and equipment, (i.e., a personal laptop, headset, Skype for Business, Salesforce and other professional online platforms), a collaborative and supportive team structure and ongoing opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
Whether you’re working in the office or from a remote desk, we make sure you’re connected to your team—in person, on the phone or via online meeting apps. Our offices feature open floor plans with desks, high-top tables and communal areas where our leadership team can interact and work alongside all employees.

Because we want you to feel comfortable, we encourage a casual dress policy. Feel free to wear jeans or a fun shirt, but please avoid wearing gym clothes, yoga pants or other “athleisure” clothing. We give you plenty of opportunities to wear your Phreesia pride on your sleeve, from Phreesia sweatshirts to other fun swag like beanie hats, t-shirts and more.

Headquartered in Manhattan, our New York office is within walking distance from popular landmarks like the Empire State Building, Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building. Phreesia’s Ottawa office sits inside Canada’s largest technology park, with 360-degree views of the city’s beautiful trails and greenery. Phreesia’s downtown Raleigh office is next to several parks and restaurants and just a few blocks from the state capitol building.
Each of our locations features an open floor
plan with several meeting rooms, sound-proof
talk boxes and breakout areas with couches,
oversized bean-bag chairs and comfy pillows.
