Don’t wait for a sign...A heart attack or stroke can happen unexpectedly and can be
costly, especially if you are fi nancially unprepared. Your current
medical coverage will help pay for expenses associated with
a heart attack or stroke, but won’t cover all of the out-of-pocket
expenses you may face. Don’t wait until you are rushed to the
emergency room to realize you need more protection.
Start thinking about the future of your finances today and
plan for emergencies that might comes your way. You can
rely on our insurance to help provide the fi nancial assistance
you need, when you need it most so you can focus on the
challenges of recovery.
If you suffer a heart attack or stroke,

What if your life or the life of your loved one was cut short by an
unexpected death or terminal illness during the next 20 years, how
would you or your spouse and children survive financially?
Would you be able to afford your mortgage? If you have children
would they require child care and/or money to pay for their daily living
expenses such as, food, clothing, tuition and college education? And if
they play sports there would be additional expenses.
The thought of losing a loved one is something you may not want
to consider. As you can see above, the fi nal expenses and daily bills
that would continue would only add to the stress of losing a loved
one. Our coverage may be used to help your beneficiary: pay off a
mortgage or debts, provide for child care or educational expenses,
or replace income to continue the same standard of living.
Term life coverage can help add additional support to your financial
well-being by off ering additional coverage in 20-year increments, and it
can automatically renew every 20 years until you reach age 70. Best of all,
it is very aff ordable. In fact, it may be more aff ordable than traditional life
coverage and can easily be converted to a permanent life policy with
no tests to take or questions to answer.
Term Life Insurance Benefit - Pays a cash benefit when you die
before attained age 70.

prepare for the future todayWhere do you see yourself 5 or 10 years from now—getting married,
having children, paying for your child’s college education?
What if your life or that of your loved one was cut short by an
unexpected death? How would you, your spouse or your children
survive fi nancially?
Losing a loved one can be devastating. Final expenses and daily bills
shouldn’t add to the stress. Our coverage may be used to: pay off a
mortgage or debts, provide for child care or educational expenses,
or replace income to continue the same standard of living.
how it works - Premium payments are deducted from your paycheck
and added to the fund value which earns at least 4% interest annually.
Each month expenses and cost of insurance charges are deducted from
the fund value and any excess in the fund continues to earn interest.
Interest is not taxed as income until it is withdrawn.*
fund value and premium payments - Over time, as you continue to
pay your premium, your fund value may grow. Monthly premiums
are flexible, meaning you can choose to pay as much or as little as
you can aff ord, subject to policy minimums and maximums.
*Partial withdrawals, surrenders, non-qualifi ed
additional benefi t rider charges and loans from life
insurance policies may be subject to ordinary income
taxes and possibly an additional 10% federal tax penalty.
Outstanding loan balances and withdrawals generally
reduce the death benefi t and cash value. With proper
planning, the death benefi t can pass to your benefi ciaries
free from state or federal estate taxes. Please consult
with your tax advisor for specifi c information.
