This licence should be designed to introduce volunteer and youth coaches to the basics of coaching soccer. Basic Skills - Dribbling, Introduction to Soccer Tactics 1 v 1 Teaching Model from 3 v 3 to 5 v 5. Receiving, Passing and Shooting, Heading and Tackling, Assessment: In order to complete the licence, students must attend all modules and complete all associated course tasks. Non-expiring license. The course curriculum for the National Goalkeeping License course should be based on modern methods of coaching soccer and should provide candidates with an understanding of the goalkeeper position. The curriculum should be divided into Theoretical and Practical areas of coaching. Part 1: Basic and Part 2: Advance diploma. They should Learn how to use each piece of speed training equipment skillfully and combine them with the ball to create masterful speed training programs for individuals, teams, camps academies and large organizations Advanced individual techniques, group skills, principles of players; develop a deeper understanding of the coaching process, and the particular needs of teenagers and young; and learn to plan and prepare coaching sessions in relation to a match programme (including evaluation, correction and adjustments Non-expiring licence Part 1 of B License, educate coaches in the practical and theoretical developments in modern soccer, in order to devise, organize, conduct and evaluate coaching sessions in advanced skills, tactics, strategies and systems of play. Candidates will also better understand and employ the complimentary managerial and coach-related aspects, appropriate to the role of the coach at the elite levels of soccer. One year wait for progression to next license stage.  Non-expiring license. Part 2 of B License, educate coaches in the practical and theoretical developments in modern soccer, in order to devise, organize, conduct and evaluate coaching sessions in advanced skills, tactics, strategies and systems of play. Candidates will also better understand and employ the complimentary managerial and coach-related aspects, appropriate to the role of the coach at the elite levels of soccer. Two year wait for progression to next license stage. Non-expiring license. Educate and develop coaches to be leaders in the technical/tactical development of soccer in Canada. Training in the practical and theoretical developments in modern soccer, in order to devise, organize, conduct and evaluate coaching sessions in advanced skills, tactics, strategies and systems of play. Candidates will also better understand and employ the complimentary managerial and coach-related aspects, appropriate to the role of the coach at the elite levels of soccer. Two year wait for progression to next license stage. The qualification takes two years to complete and consists of a minimum of 240 hours, of which 100 hours are practical, and is aimed at Coaches that are Professionals. Includes study club visits, distance learning. To be held every 4 years or when ever is need it. Expiring license (every 4 years) WSA believes that the commitment to developing coaches of all levels is an ongoing process. The learning cycle of application, experience, reflection and development requires the combination of both education via courses and implementation in a coach’s club environment, which should be reflected in the course structure. This process revolves around the alternation of an in-person meeting, deliberate practice, instruction, mentoring and peer learning and it should take 5-7 years in order to be able to apply for the A license and minimum 10 years for the PRO license.
