    PERMIT NOTICE

    The Contractor will be responsible for paying the city of Bozeman Building Inspection

    Division for building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits.

    The Owner will be responsible for paying the city of Bozeman plan review fee and

    impact fees.

    INVITATION TO BID

    Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 15, 2018, and will be publicly

    opened and read aloud in the offices of MSU Campus Planning, Design and Construction, Plew

    Building, 6th & Grant, Bozeman, Montana, for: Campus Smart Meters Phase 2, PPA No. 14-

    0175

    Bids shall be submitted on the form provided within the Contract Documents. Contract documents

    may be obtained at the offices of:

    A PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2018,

    AT 1:00 PM. PARTICIPANTS SHOULD MEET AT: PLEW BUILDING, FACILITIES

    CONFERENCE ROOM, 6TH & GRANT STREET, BOZEMAN, MONTANA.

    ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Bidders should thoroughly review the

    contract documents before the pre-bid conference.

    Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the

    amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved

    Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the

    contract for contracts equal to or greater than $
