1. Create a Free Report Follow-up Sequence One of the best ways to capture leads is to offer a free report. Free reports can give your prospects a sampling of the products and services you offer. If a free report won’t work for your business, here are some other lead capture ideas you can implement on your website for free: To set up your free report: 1. Hover over Setup and select Follow-up sequences. 2. Search for any of the three SAMPLE free report sequences. a. SAMPLE: Free Report Follow-up Invite to Purchase (45-day) b. SAMPLE: Free Report Follow-up Invite to Purchase (14-day) c. SAMPLE: Free Report Follow-up – Invite to Appt 3. It is IMPERATIVE that you edit the copy in these sequences to fit your company’s message! 4. Add a step that Sends an email. This is the email that will contain your free report, and it will need to be written by you. 5. Name the step “Free Report - Delivery” and schedule the step “IMMEDIATELY when a person is added to this follow-up sequence.” 6. Save the step. 3. Set up a Free Report Form For Your Website Get a form up on your website for prospects to download your free report.

1. Hover over Setup and select Web Forms. Click the button to Add a Web Form.

2. Name your form: “Free Report Sign up”.3. Click Create this form, and now add your fields.

Most often, you will only need First and Last Name, and of course, email address.

4. When your prospects fill out your form, you will want to take them somewhere. Click on the 2nd tab labeled Set up Thank You Page. You may either send them back to your home page or create a Thank You Page from scratch.

5. Now you will need to add actions to the form. When it is filled out by a prospect, a couple of things need to happen.

6. Click on the Set up Actions tab. Add an action to

apply the tag you created in step 2 to the person who fills out the form. Tagging makes it easier to find the person later on.

7. Add a second action that Starts a Follow-up Sequence. Select the sequence you modified in Step 1, and save the action. Now you are ready to test your form, and put it up on your site!

8. Select Save & Gimmie the Code to generate the HTML code to put on your website. If someone outside of Infusionsoft is administering your website, select Email Code to my Webmaster.

You have just launched the Lead Capture Campaign!
