If the total duration is 3 hours and 45 minutes or less: both papers should be taken in the same session with a supervised break between the papers. Regulations regarding the KEY TIME must be observed in full. You do not need to notify Cambridge about this. If the total duration is more than 3 hours and 45 minutes: you must submit a Timetable Deviation Form 9 (IN T/E24) to Cambridge. Applications to move a paper to the following day will only be considered if the total duration of all the papers to be taken on that day exceeds 6 hours. Please note that whenever there is an approved timetable deviation, candidates taking an examination at a time that is not the scheduled session, must be kept isolated from candidates who have already taken the paper, and must be under Full Centre Supervision from the KEY TIME for the examination until the time they actually take the examination.
