Before and After School Care for Youth
Camas Community Education provides before & after school care for children grades K-5. We
offer a fun, safe environment provided by a caring staff.
Before school care grade K-5 located at Zellerbach Administrator Center (ZAC) at
841 NE 22nd Ave, Camas.
After school care, gr. K-2 is located at ZAC
After school care, gr. 3-5 is located at the Jack, Will & Rob Center (JWR), 2033 NE Ione St.
Hours of operation are 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Both programs maintain the same calendar year as
the Camas School District.
Transportation is provided to schools. After school students will be bussed to our locations.

The Camas Community Education Office and Preschool has moved!
Our preschool program is flourishing and we are excited to find a place to meet these grow-
ing needs. Our new location is at The Heights Learning Center (HLC). This is the building
that Lacamas Heights Elementary School was previously housed in.
Our physical address is 4600 NE Garfield St. Camas.
You can register for our programs in person at HLC. We accept cash or checks in our office.
We are not able to accept debit or credit cards in the office.
You can pay online with debit or credit at www.CamasCommunityEd.org

Pre-K 4 year old program - Fall 2019
Our Pre-K program focuses on kindergarten readiness for children who turn four years old by August 31, 2019. Led by a qualified preschool instructor and support staff. Students will learn classroom, social and academic skills to prepare them for a successful kindergarten year.
Preschool 3 year old program - Fall 2019
Our 3 year old program focuses on early childhood behavior for children who turn three years old by August 31, 2019. Led by a qualified preschool instructor and support staff. Students will learn social skills to prepare them for a successful transition into their next adventure.
Our preschool programs are currently full. Open enrollment for new families for Fall 2020 begins in March 2020.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Refunds: Prorated refunds given if office is notified prior to the 2nd class. Refunds will be given for one day class if office is notified 3 days prior to the start of the class. A $10.00 pro-cessing fee is charged per class. Limited Class Sizes: Classes have an enrollment minimum & maximum. Register early. If a class doesn’t meet the minimum, it will be cancelled. Full refund if minimum is not met. Once max is reached the class is closed. Prompt pick-up from class is Important. $1 per minute for late pickup. School Closures & Classes If the CSD is closed due to weather, your Community Ed class will not be held. A class credit will be given. No classes held on days off of school or holidays unless noted.
