Music Music can be an extraordinarily powerful tool for those who are able to
utilize their sense of hearing to create an “environment” in which healing can take place.
Music is powerful because it is a language that somehow bypasses the intellect. It’s a language that we understand intuitively.

A temazcal is a type of sweat lodge which originated with pre-Hispanic Indigenous peoples in Mesoamerica. In ancient Mesoamerica it was used for healing the sick, improving health, and for women to give birth. It is currently being recovered by all sectors of society in that part of the world and is used as a cleansing of mind, body and spirit. The four elements are used to heal and maintain health: Fire, Water, Earth, Air.

Herbs/Yerba ‘Malinalli’ originated in the Aztec calendar and signifies constant regeneration of nature. This
ancient herb of Mexico, true to the Aztec calendar representation, is bursting forth from the remains of a lower jaw bone. Malinalli embodies the importance of roots, the infinite and constant changes of humankind, the earth, and of all forms of life intertwined in existence.
