Voicemail: Only 1 mailbox is allowed and it must be applied to the Primary Directory Number .

Call Waiting: Call Waiting is applied to the Primary Directory Number . The Secondary Directory Number has its own unique call tone pattern .

Three-Way Calling: When Three-Way Calling is applied to the Primary Directory Number, the Secondary Directory Number will have it also .

Note: Selective Ringing and Call Selector are NOT available on the same phone line. Call Forwarding is NOT available on Secondary Directory Numbers.

Call TraceAllows you to immediately trace the last incoming harassing or prank call . Information about traces will be provided only to the appropriate law enforcement agency after you have made three successful traces . You then must work with the law enforcement agency to take appropriate action .

• After three successful traces to the same number, the information will be provided to local law enforcement authorities in response to an official request.

• You may only obtain the calling party’s number from local law enforcement.

• Yadtel cannot distribute traced numbers.

Call TransferWhen you need to transfer a call, we make it simple . You can transfer to a different location or to the second line in your home . You can talk to whom you’re transferring the call before you send it, or include all three parties in the conversation .

HOW TO USEOnce you receive the incoming call, press and release the switch-hook to get a dial tone, then dial the second number. You can tell the party that they have a call, or you can just hang up and they will receive the call.

Note: Works like Three-Way, but the originating caller does not have to stay on the line. Once the second caller’s number is ringing, the one that originated the call can hang up and the call will be transferred to the intended party.

• Long distance charges will apply if you transfer to a toll number.

• You have the option to tell the caller about the incoming call that they are about to receive while the other caller is on hold.
