Abstract

While trying to figure out why is the international community reluctant to help solve

the prevailing dispute between Cabinda and Angola, a self-evident legal-political

problem that falls within the competence of the United Nations, as it is of the nature

referred to in Article 34 of the Charter of the very United Nations, we surprisingly

came across a classified document named “(Western) Charter of Imperialism”1. This

frightening agreement, as you can validate, seriously impairs the UN international

standing, and is thus the greatest underminer of international peace and security.

Article 34 of the UN Charter: “The Security Council may investigate any dispute, or any situation which might lead

to international friction or give rise to a dispute, in order to determine whether the continuance of the dispute or

situation is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security”.

Since it turns out to be the chief cause of the worldwide social and political unrest,

the “Western Charter of Imperialism” must necessarily be brought to the attention

of the UN Security Council or of the General Assembly, in pursuance of the proviso

of Article 35 of the UN Charter. Whether or not “Western Charter of Imperialism”

bears the endorsement of the United Nations, in order to rescue the so-called Third

World nations from extinction, the equal right of nations large and small to nuclear

weapons must be duly approved by the UN Security Council before long.

Article 35 (1) of the UN Charter: “Any Member of the United Nations may bring any dispute, or any situation of

the nature referred to in Article 34, to the attention of the Security Council or of the General Assembly”.

In their quest for a world with no other race but the white, the States signatories to

the “(Western) Charter of Imperialism” are unlikely to be guided against following

in the footsteps of their distant ancestors, whose barbarism earned them the epithet

of “Scourge of Europe”2. In the wake of the above quest, millions of Africans and

Asians had been kidnapped, cruelly thrown into ships’ holds, enslaved, and traded

for goods or money for hundreds of years; and millions had been slayed by way

of indiscriminate bombings, and man-made lethal diseases and deadly viruses.

Dear Prime Minister Shinzo Abe,

The Cabindan National Movement (CNM) is a partial subject of international law,

as it draws its legitimacy and significance from the self-determination of peoples

that is one of the chief purposes of the United Nations. Hence we, Joint-Presidency

of CNM, address you as subject of international law. As such, we are under the

responsibility to strive for the accomplishment, in Cabinda, of the rights enshrined

in both the 1966 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the 1966

International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights.

As you surely know, both Africans and Asians are facing the same danger, and this

is substantiated by a set of facts and reliable documents. This common awareness

is so entrenched that it has given birth to the 1955 Asian-African Conference, aka

the Bandung Conference, of which Japan was one of the main protagonists. At that

conference, the assembled leaders underlined the fundamental right of all peoples

to self-determination; and they pledged their solidarity with each other in the fight

against colonialism and in the struggle for economic and social development.

Owing to the power of the 1955 Asian-African Conference, the UN GA ended up

bringing forth a set of additional tools to improve international law; e.g. Resolution

1514 (XV) of December 14, 1960, concerning the Declaration on the Granting of

Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples; Resolution 1803 (XVII) of Decem-

ber 14, 1962, about the permanent sovereignty of peoples over their own natural

wealth and resources; the 1966 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights;

as well as the 1966 International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

Due to the 1955 Asian-African Conference, all over the world, hundreds of millions

of people have exercised their right of self-determination, self-respect, and self-

defense, and more than 80 once-colonized territories have gained independence.

In view of this performance, both Africans and Asians are required to step in anew

to rescue the world from the ruthlessness that the “Charter of Imperialism” entails.

In this venture, the benefits of cooperation all at once with Russia and China cannot

help being a long-lasting world peace, security, and happiness.

Since the principle of “might is right” is actually the core philosophy of the nations

that brought about the “Charter of Imperialism”, which shows up as the foremost

obstacle to an inclusive development in the so-called Third World nations, both

Africans and Asians are required to demonstrate a renewed common awareness

of what must be done at this point in time. An “economic plan” aimed at reconciling

Western Europe’s dependence on Africa’s natural resources and African people’s

right to live prosperous life calls for an ad hoc international conference.

The “Tokyo International Conference on African Development” (TICAD), a Japanese

Initiative for a Prosperous and Healthy Africa, validates the fact that Japan is long

since committed to promoting social progress and better standards of life in larger

freedom all over Africa. However, an all-embracing development will never ever

take place in Africa, so long as the “Charter of Imperialism” is explicitly or implicitly

given free way. This Charter is day-to-day tightening its grip upon African leaders,

reduced to mere servants, and enhancing its control over Africa’s natural resources.

Dear Prime Minister Shinzo Abe,

A theoretical Japanese indifference to the “Western Charter of Imperialism”, or a supposed Japanese collusion with its originators, would in the fullness of time result in disastrous consequences for Japan and the Japanese people. In its horrible aims, Rhodes’s secret society that is linked to this “Charter”, in one way or another, does not spare Japan and all other Asian nations. Hence, either Japan and China and Russia decide to do everything in your power to keep Africa safe from imperialists’ appetites, and Africans secure from extermination, or we perish together as fools.

Western Charter of Imperialism

Its performance in Cabinda, Angola, and Africa at large

In 1974/75, while Portugal was trying to restore

Cabinda’s political sovereignty, with the military

assistance of Castro’s Cuba and the Soviet Union,

as well as the covert funding by France and USA,

Angola’s ruling MPLA seized the oil-rich territory

of Cabinda. This African country is not only physi-

cally separated from Angola by the DRC, but by

a distinct culture and history. Unlike Angola, which

has a Portuguese colonial history dating back to 1483, the three Kikongo-speaking

kingdoms of Ngoio, Kakongo, and Loango maintained their independence from

European empire-builders up until the Treaty of Simulambuco in 1885 turned their

realms into a Portuguese protectorate with its own governor. Actually, the Treaty

was the consequence of repeated attacks by the Netherlanders, British, and French,

and mainly the French threats to invade and seize the whole territory of Cabinda.3

Cabinda is not only rich in oil, but also in uranium, manganese, phosphates, iron,

diamonds, gold, hardwood, and so on. In oil alone, the invaders get over US $ 35

billion per year in royalties, essentially paid by Chevron’s wholly owned subsidiary

Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Ltd. (CABGOC). Despite the fact that the UN shaped

tools of international law maintain that “In no case may a people be deprived of

its own means of subsistence”, the people of Cabinda are cruelly deprived of their

own natural wealth and resources. Although the population of Cabinda does not

top two million, life expectancy at birth has dropped from 75 years in Portuguese

colonial era to 48 years in 2018; child and maternal mortality rates now figure

among the highest in the world. While the proceeds from the sales of Cabinda’s

natural resources are appropriated to fill Western banks, as advocated in the

“Charter of Imperialism”, the voices of the dying people of Cabinda are silenced

by way of political repression, cultural subjugation, and social degradation.

3 See the British Newspaper “The Economist” of October 18, 1884.

Art. 1: Motto of Imperialism:

To govern the world and to

control the wealth of the

planet; our policy is “divide

and rule”, i.e. to dominate,

exploit and plunder to fill our

banks and make them the

most powerful in the world.

It is a fact that the originators of the “Charter of

Imperialism” are long since devoted to obstructing

the people of Cabinda from recuperating political

sovereignty. The attempt to exclude Cabinda from

the list of Non-Self-Governing Territories within the

meaning of Chapter XI of the UN Charter, and its

fraudulent inclusion in the territory of Angola, as

part 1“e” of the UN General Assembly Resolution

1542 (XV) of 15 December 1960 discloses, is a

premeditated hostility against Cabinda’s political

sovereignty and territorial integrity. This deceitful inclusion was all the more delibe-

rate as the preamble of said Resolution recalls that in the early 1950s, we quote:

“differences of views arose among Member States concerning the status of certain

territories under the administration of Portugal, described by the latter as overseas

provinces of the metropolitan State”.

In view of the UN GA Resolution 1541 (XV) of 15 December 1960, on the Principles

which should guide Members in determining whether or not an obligation exists to

transmit the information called for under Article 73 “e” of the Charter of the United

Nations, the contempt for Cabinda’s territorial integrity that we see in paragraph

1“e” of the UN GA Resolution 1542 (XV) above, is a legal-political scandal that

jeopardizes the United Nations’ honesty and professional ethics.

Chapter XI of the Charter of the United Nations, which was formulated to deal with

the Declaration regarding Non-Self-Governing Territories, is actually applicable

to territories known to be of the colonial type, e.g. Cabinda. With respect to such

territories, whose peoples have not yet attained a full measure of self-government,

an obligation exists to transmit information called for in Article 73e of the Charter

of the United Nations. In the light of the facts and circumstances of the particular

case of Cabinda, which are consistent with the Principles annexed to GA Resolution

1541 (XV) of 15 December 1960, chiefly Principles IV and V, both Portugal and

Angola are under obligation to transmit information called for in Article 73e of the

UN Charter. Instead of helping the subjugated people of Cabinda to reach a full

measure of self-government in pursuance of Principle VI, the authors of the “Charter

of Imperialism” are imposing the integration of Cabinda with an “independent”

State of their choice, i.e. Angola. This is how Western imperialists are refusing to

recognize the principle that the interests of the people of Cabinda are paramount,

and declining to accept as a sacred trust the obligation to promote to the utmost,

within the system of international peace and security established by the Charter of

the United Nations, the well-being of the inhabitants of Cabinda.

Art. 2: No Third World

country is a sovereign and

independent State.

Art. 4: All the countries of

the Third World are dividable

and their borders alterable

according to our will.

Respect for territorial

integrity does not exist for

the Third World.

The inference of our own researches, which firmly

claims that the power in Angola emanates from a

few major UN Member States, has recently ended

up being validated by the initiators of the “Charter

of Imperialism” themselves. The hostile occupation

of Cabinda by Angola is, in consequence, Western

imperialists’ conquest by proxy, i.e. through their

African puppet named Angola. William Blum, the

author of Killing Hope: U.S. Military and CIA Interventions Since World War II, and

Rogue State: A Guide to the World’s Only Superpower, did not fail to list US inter-

ventions among others in Portugal (1974-1976) and in the Congo (1960-1965).4

The hidden purpose of the Carnation Revolution in Portugal (April 25, 1974) was

to cause an anarchic decolonization of the then Portuguese “overseas territories”,

so that Chevron (US corporation) could subtly get complete and total control over

Cabinda’s extremely rich oil fields. Yet, considering the landmark case ― Hale vs.

Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 (1906) at 74 & 75” ― in which the US Supreme Court clarifies

the concept of “corporation”5, Chevron and the United States of America are one

and the same. As a matter of fact, Chevron’s CEOs are necessarily members of the

Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which is but a ring pertaining to Cecil J. Rhodes’s

secret society, if we are to believe the outstanding US scholar G. Edward Griffin.6

Dr. Mário Soares, the Portuguese official in charge of decolonizing the Portuguese

overseas territories in the wake of the Carnation Revolution, was a CIA agent. This,

according to a former CIA agent in Europe, i.e. Oswald Le Winter, in an interview

with the Portuguese newspaper “O Diabo” on December 13, 2005. The then US

Secretary of State (1973-1977), i.e. Dr. Henry Kissinger, went to Portugal by the

end of 1975 to call for the resignation of Portugal’s prime minister, General Vasco

Gonçalves, whom the US government considered to be a subverting element owing

to his nationalistic stance, and also due to his acquaintances with the then leader

of the Portuguese Communist Party (PCP), i.e. the nationalist Álvaro Cunhal.

In the case of the Congo (DRC), the performance of the “Charter of Imperialism”

started in 1885, when USA endorsed King Leopold II’s “Congo Free State”. It was

revived in the early 1960’s, when U.S. intervention helped dispose of Lumumba,

and assisted Mobutu’s seizure of power and his consolidation of control.7

exercising it.

In a 1955 Conversation, the Portuguese Minister

of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Paulo Cunha, and his US

equal, the Honorable John Foster Dulles, agreed

on the fact that, quote: “Western Europe’s very

existence depends on the natural resources of

Africa and the constant control exercised by the

Western European powers over the African con-

tinent”.8 Such an addiction could not help being

in contradiction with the fact that the subsistence of African nations and respective

“sovereign” States is basically owed to Western donations and credits. Thanks to

Article 5 of the “Charter of Imperialism”, the contradiction is dissipated forever.

In the aftermath of World War II, French president Charles de Gaulle imposed the

Nazi-inspired financial system (CFA) in his “former” African colonies. By means of

this system, France deprives the African nations concerned of their own means of

subsistence, which, if we are to believe the German newspaper DWN9 (Deutsche

Wirtschafts Nachrichten), amounts to 440 billion euros every single year. African

heads of State who have thus far dared to contest the asphyxiating French financial

injunctions, have either been murdered or ousted in brutal military coups.10 Such is

the fate of pro-self-government and upright African leaders, as called for in Article

7 of the “Charter of Imperialism”.

Angola’s net proceeds from the sale of its natural resources, not including those of

Cabinda, amounts to over 150 billion euros each year. Yet, as this money is subtly

taken possession of by the authors of the “Charter of Imperialism”, in order to last

or survive, Angola’s government has become a beggar accustomed to seeking alms

at the Chinese door, and to contracting infinite debts with IMF and the World Bank.

Through this “odious debt”, the Western puppet in Angola is actually jeopardizing

the existence of the country’s future generations. In 1974 Dr. Henry Kissinger, as a

serving US Secretary of State, called for an exhaustive depopulation of the Third

World countries.11 In 2011, Human Rights Watch echoed the disappearance of US

$32 billion in Angola’s Government Funds. This and the vanishing in Switzerland of

Angola’s so-called Sovereign Fund, in 2017, are only the tip of the iceberg.

Owing to the anti-black racism, which takes its

roots in the so-called “Curse of Ham by his own

father Noah”, a falsehood12 extant in the sixth-

century CE European version of the Babylonian

Talmud, millions of indigenous Black-Europeans

have been eliminated by way of one pogrom

after another for thousands of years; countless

African men and women have been kidnapped, brutally thrown into ships’ holds,

dehumanized, enslaved, and traded for things or money for several centuries; right

now, Cabindans, Angolans, Congolese, and so on, are cunningly being divested of

their means of subsistence, and jailed and exterminated at will. Still, in the logic of

the subscribers to the “Charter of Imperialism”, none of the above crimes is liable

to prosecution, insofar as the victims are third world nations, i.e. non-White races.

It is without a shred of doubt that Asians and Africans face a common problem and

threat nowadays. Therefore, it rests with Asians and Africans to decide between

history and prehistory, between humanization and animalization, between an earth

for all and a world of terror, between a generous earth and a polluted desert.

In the late XIX century, the “British” Cecil John Rhodes, murdered millions of African

natives and appropriated his victims’ properties, which suddenly made him one of

the wealthiest men in the history of the world. So the diamond mining company that

Rhodes founded in 1888, i.e. De Beers, has the blood and skulls and bones of the

millions of Africans he formerly killed as its “solid” foundation. Thanks to his wealth

stained with African blood, he created a powerful secret society, which continues

to exist, and has been the major historical force since WWI. Consistent with Prof.

Carrol Quigley, every major event in history from WWI has been dominated and

directed to a large extent by Cecil Rhodes’s secret society.13 Considering the role

this society has played in the establishment of the United Nations, it goes without

saying that the United Nations itself assumes the inhumanity of Cecil Rhodes as its

essence.

Initially, the purpose of Rhodes’s secret society was to expand the British Empire’s

culture, political system, and domination over the entire world. Just like Benjamin

Franklin, Rhodes felt that the English represented the finest, the highest hallmark in

culture, was the finest race in the world, the smartest people, the most benevolent

12 Dr. Yosef ben-Jochannan, We the Black Jews: Witness to the ‘White Jewish Race’ Myth, Black Classic Press, USA: 1993, vols. I & II, p. 2. 13 Carrol Quigley, author of The Anglo-American Establishment and Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time.

“genocide”, “massacre” or "war

crimes" or "crimes against

humanity" in countries where

our interests are guaranteed.

very important.

nation, and that they had an obligation to rule the

world. Yet, the use of the term “British” was but a

trickery, since it is the “City of London”, aka “The

Crown” (Bankers), that gives itself the prerogative

of ruling the world from behind the scenes through

the so-called One-World-Government.14 Besides

its barbaric purpose of “gradually absorbing the

wealth of the world,” Rhodes’s secret society aims

to decisively back the “British” Bankers’ seizure of power everywhere in the world

and their consolidation of everlasting control. In Rhodes’s first will, not only Africa

is not out of danger, but also China and Japan, as his own words below confirm.

Further below, an extra excerpt proves that there is no conspiracy worth talking

about other than the one aimed at ultimately eradicating both the black and yellow

races, i.e. Africans and Asians.

“To and for the establishment, promotion and development of a Secret Society, the true

aim and object whereof shall be for the extension of British rule throughout the world,

the perfecting of a system of emigration from the United Kingdom, and of colonisation

by British subjects of all lands where the means of livelihood are attainable by energy,

labour and enterprise, and especially the occupation by British settlers of the entire

Continent of Africa, the Holy Land, the Valley of the Euphrates, the Islands of Cyprus and

Candia, the whole of South America, the Islands of the Pacific not heretofore possessed

by Great Britain, the whole of the Malay Archipelago, the seaboard of China and Japan,

the ultimate recovery of the United States of America as an integral part of the British

Empire, the inauguration of a system of Colonial representation in the Imperial Parliament

which may tend to weld together the disjointed members of the Empire and, finally, the

foundation of so great a Power as to render wars impossible, and promote the best

interests of humanity.”15

“Joseph Arthur Comte de Gobineau, credited as being the father of modern racial

demography, became famous for developing the theory of the Aryan master race in his

book: An Essay on the Inequality of the Human Races (1853 – 1855). Gobineau came to

believe that race created culture, arguing that distinctions between the three races —

“black,” “white,” and “yellow” — were natural barriers, and that “race-mixing” breaks

those barriers and leads to chaos. Gobineau believed the white race was superior to the

other races in the creation of civilized culture and in maintaining ordered government.”16

Until we are given the evidence to the contrary,

we keep on believing Japan, as well as all other

Asian nations, is not a subscriber to the “Charter

of Imperialism”. Since the exhaustive obliteration

of Africans and Asians proves to be the ultimate

aim of the originators of this immoral “Charter”,

the ratification of this evil agreement by an Asian

regime whatsoever, cannot help being a suicidal

decision involving the entire “yellow race” in the not-too-distant future. A number

of White European tribes have been manipulated, their nationalism (xenophobia)

cunningly stirred up, and finally taken to other continents and races to sow terror

and bloodshed. Today, many centuries later, the White European tribes concerned

are realizing that they were in fact fooled, used for bad causes, i.e. for interests

that were and remain alien to those of humanity as a whole. This rising awareness

is actually the truth underlying the revival of pro-self-government philosophies all

over Europe, and throughout the United States of America.

In his book, The New Freedom, US President Woodrow Wilson did not hide from us

his country’s atrocious picture, and therefore his frustration, despair, and tears. The

outstanding US lecturer, G. Edward Griffin, and a growing number of wide awake

US citizens are presently answering Woodrow Wilson’s call for the emancipation

of the American people. This is how president Wilson is complaining:

A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is

privately concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in

the hands of a few men… [W]e have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most

completely controlled and dominated, governments in the civilized world—no longer a

government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the

majority, but a government by the opinion and the duress of small groups of dominant

men. …Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately.

Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture,

are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power some-

where so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that

they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.17

The “Charter of Imperialism” claims that the task and duty of its subscribers consists

in keeping Africa in the present-day disgusting state of affairs, so as to dominate,

exploit, and ransack its natural wealth and resources via the Missions of the United

Nations. In other words, the United Nations was not created to advance a global,

i.e. an all-embracing, peace and welfare. We are thus allowed to deduce that the

United Nations has racial prejudice against black-skinned people as its founding

principle. Its highest body―that is, the Permanent Members of the Security Council,

bestowed with the veto power, is exclusively reserved for white-skinned nations.

They can offer themselves as much nuclear weapons as they like, and can give such

armaments as a gift to any nation they like, except to black-skinned nations.

The 1955 Asian-African Conference was about the

essential right of all peoples to self-determination;

also about our solidarity with one another in the

fight against colonialism, as well as in the struggle

for economic and social development. Bearing this

in mind, on 26 May 1961, Japan and 43 further

UN member States exhorted the Security Council

to examine the situation in Angola, then under the

Portuguese colonial rule. It was actually about the measures of repression of the

Portuguese regime, in its military operations against the people of Angola, aimed

at suppressing the Angolan people’s legitimate aspirations for self-determination

and independence. Thus we consider the UN Security Council resolution 163 (1961)

of 9 June 1961 to be a tangible result of the Japanese people’s struggle in behalf

of the besieged African continent.

And yet, in order to turn Angola into a puppet for their use in Southern Africa, the

subscribers to the “Charter of Imperialism” funded Angola’s belligerent occupation

of Cabinda, then a protectorate of Portugal. While the five Permanent Members

of the UN Security Council take the most advantage of Cabinda’s natural wealth

and resources, namely: gold, oil, uranium, natural gas, manganese, phosphates,

iron, diamonds, hardwood, and so on, Cabinda’s economic and social development

is prevented and disrupted as anticipated in the “Charter of Imperialism”. As said

by US president John Adams, “there are two ways to enslave a nation; one is by

the sword, the other is by debt”. The wide-ranging progress of Asian nations turns

out to be a serious threat to Western imperialistic appetites in Africa, bearing in

mind the spirit of the 1955 Asian-African Convention. As a result, the inventors of

the “Charter of Imperialism” are forced to bribe and involve the mightiest Asian

nations in their evil plans to reconquer, enslave, and ransack the African continent.

So the re-enslavement and exhaustive obliteration of Africans are the ultimate aims

of the “odious debts” being contracted by African despots, i.e. Western puppets,

with the richest Asian nations and Western financial institutions all at once.

The designers of the “Charter of Imperialism” have

managed to get a bigger say within African Union,

as Western regimes and financial institutions have

become the contributors of up to sixty percent of

African Union’s annual budget. African Union’s full

budget for 2016, as an illustration, amounted to

US $416,867,326 million. Sixty percent of this sum, i.e. US $247,033,986 million

approximately, was secured from “International Partners”.18 It is disgusting that the

topmost African governmental organization, i.e. AU, depends on Western “donors”

to such an extent. It is absurd, if we realize that France alone steals from its “former

African colonies” ca. 440 billion euros each year by means of the Nazi-inspired

method of looting and racketeering. It is unbelievable, since Westerners themselves

declare that their very existence depends on the natural wealth and resources of

the African continent. So what imperialists call “our aid” is, in fact, African people’s

own fortunes appropriated by force, as recommended in Article 5 of the “Charter

of Imperialism”.

Under the yoke of Western exploiters committed to defeating pro-self-government

all over the world, African Union is nothing but a Western shaped tool intended to

facilitate the implementation of the “Charter of Imperialism” in Africa. For further

clarification, we have to turn to Dr. Rath Health Foundation: “The European Union

is controlled by corporate interests whose chief goal is to conquer the world using

political, economic and—if necessary—military force. Towards this end, they are

systematically destroying the democratic legal system in all regions of the world,

including Africa, and are replacing it with Nazi-fascist dictatorial law”.19

Ever since its inception on 25 Mai 1963, OAU (Organization of African Unity), the

predecessor of AU (African Union), confirmed Cabinda’s inalienable right to regain

political sovereignty, positioning Cabinda as the 39th State in its list of the African

countries, with Angola as the 35th. OAU did so, bearing in mind the international

protectorate treaty between Cabinda and Portugal, which received attention and

ratification at the Berlin-Congo Conference held from 15 November 1884 to 26

February 1885; and considering the legal-political status of Cabinda preserved

in the Portuguese Constitution of 1933-1976; as well as the UN GA Resolutions

adopted after the hearing, in New York, of a petitioner from Cabinda in 1962.20

The world’s most serious problem, which ended

up giving rise to the “Charter of Imperialism”,

is racial prejudice against black-skinned men

and women. It has actually become the soul of

the Judeo-Christian-Islamic Civilization, owing

to its disgraceful endorsement of the so-called

“Curse of Ham”, prized in the 6th century CE

European version of the Babylonian Talmud,

and upon which all of the existing anti-African propaganda is essentially based.

Consistent with the French anthropologist, Paul Topinard, “the Rabbis of the First

Century CE were the first to expound the spread of Race and Color differences as

we know them today”. He noted that such was unknown in the periods of far-off

antiquity, and at least in the West.21 Here is how the so-called “Curse of Ham”, or

“Curse on Black People”, is articulated in the Babylonian Talmud:

Now, I cannot beget the fourth son whose children I would have ordered to serve you

and your brothers! Therefore, it must be Canaan, your first born, whom they enslave. And

since you have disabled me…doing ugly things in Blackness of night, Canaan’s children

shall be born ugly and Black! Moreover, because you twisted your head around to see

my nakedness, your grandchildren’s hair shall be twisted into kinks, and their eyes red;

again because your lips jested at my misfortune, theirs shall swell; and because you

neglected my nakedness, they shall go naked, and their male members shall be

shamefully elongated! Men of this race are called Negroes, their forefather Canaan

commanded them to love theft and fornication, to be banded together in hatred of their

masters and never to tell the truth.22

The readiness to humiliate fellow human beings to such an extent, under a fictitious

pretext, is necessarily obscuring a truth. A predisposition to insult and debase other

people, combined with an obsessive desire to feel different and superior to others,

is a sign that the individual or people predisposed to debasing other people, and

all at once obsessed with feeling higher to others, are suffering from an inferiority

complex without knowing it. At some point in their history, the authors of the “Curse

of Ham” were confronted with a situation that prompted them to think of themselves

as laughable, i.e. worthless. Since the culture, or civilization, they currently claim to

be theirs is a misappropriated one, there was definitely a time when they had no

culture at all, or ― if they had one ― not worthy of the name. How can the authors

of the so-called “Curse of Ham”, and of the “Charter of Imperialism” dare to say

Africans have neither culture nor civilization, when Western both public and private

museums would not exist without African people’s artworks, and so-called Western

civilization, we mean its most flourishing side, would not be what it is today without

Al-Andalus, or Moorish (Black) Spain? The subsistence throughout the world of the

people whose culture and wealth they have appropriated, and for which they are

reluctant to express their gratitude, causes a serious discomfort inasmuch as it does

not allow them to keep peace and harmony in their mind. Hence the need to have

the people they deprived of their own culture and possessions lowered, enslaved,

and slaughtered by all means at their disposal.

In order to make non-Black people from around the world believe in their heinous

doctrine―that is, the so-called “Curse on Black People”, both the originators of the

fictional “Curse” and the subscribers to the “Charter of Imperialism” must inevitably

do everything in their power so that the human condition of black-skinned people

all over the world fits in with how Blacks are depicted in said “Curse”. This explains

why they are engaged in systematically portraying Africans as less-than-human

savages23, and in seeking to brainwash those with less knowledge of history that

everything African is rubbish, through their corporate-controlled media. Yet, their

attempts will be doing but little to obliterate “the deeper footprints of the earlier

men of a peaceful invasion, i.e. the Kamari (Kam+Ari) or the children of Kam, the

black Arians”.24 The Egyptians, i.e. the Kamite (Blacks), a prodigious seafaring and

colonizing people of the past, not Phoenicians, were the pioneers of the fore-world

whose footprints are indelible wherever they once trod, and of a size to fit no foot

that followed after.25 The truth- and justice-loving British Egyptologist, Massey, also

made the following statements: “The secret of the ancientness and sanctity of the

writings is that they were originally Egyptian, like the Jewish community”.26

But up to the present time I have not been shown nor do I perceive any reason for

doubting the truth of my generalization that Africa and not Asia was the birthplace of

articulate man, and therefore the primordial home of all things human; and that the race

which first ranged out over the world, including the islands of the north and the lands of

the southern seas, was directly Kamite [black]; the Blacks of Britain (who left the flattened

tibia, the Negroid pelvis, the Australoid molars, and gorilla-like skulls in our bone-caves)

and the Blacks of Australia being two extreme wings extended from the same African

centre. My further contention is that both issued from inner Africa as the human birthplace,

and that Egypt itself is old enough to be the mouthpiece of the first articulate language,

the oldest intelligible witness to the natural genesis of ideas, and the sole adequate

interpreter of the primary types of thought.27

On top of being permanent members of the UN

Security Council, thus responsible for sustaining

universal peace and security, China and Russia

are top members of the UN Special Committee

on Decolonization or C-24, which is the UN body

fully devoted to the issue of decolonization, with

the purpose of monitoring the implementation of

the UN GA Resolution 1514 (XV) of 14 December 1960, about the Declaration on

the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples. Both China and

Russia also played a key part in the 1955 Asian-African Conference. Hence, the

question of whether or not China and “Russia” have overtly or covertly subscribed

to the “Charter of Imperialism”, as they keep on turning a blind eye to the fact that

the effecting in Cabinda of the UN GA Resolutions 1514 (XV) and 1803 (XVII) is

maliciously obstructed by the architects of this criminal “Charter”.

It is a matter of urgency that Japan, South Africa, Germany, the Holy See, as well

as all other protagonists of the 1955 Asian-African Summit that are still inclined to

cultivate a human civilization and a peaceful coexistence of nations, to make sure

the United Nations is no longer an organization exclusively at the service of those

who gave birth to the “Charter of Imperialism”. If it is true that faith in fundamental

human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, and in the equal rights

of men and women and of nations large and small is what the United Nations really

stands for, the fact remains that the right of the so-called Third World peoples to

take matters into their own hands, i.e. to dispose of their own means of subsistence

and freely develop self-government, has its implementation up to now frustrated

by the “Western Charter of Imperialism”. We rely upon Japan to help eradicate

the evil principle of “might is right”, and to make sure international law goes on as

a prerogative of national states, instead of a birthright of private banking cartels,

as the core values articulated in the tools of international law are not binding upon

the latter.

Dear Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, in the name of the oppressed and dying people

of Cabinda, we thank you in advance for your time, and help in the above matters.

Yours faithfully,

Bartolomeu Capita (Mr.)

Joint-Presidency, Cabindan National Movement
