Dear Junior Entrepreneurs,

As you already know, greatness is not achieved alone and we in JADE Romania strongly believe in the spirit of the team. This is why we are searching for those who are ready to accept the challenge to be in JADE Romania Extended Team. Being a member of JADE Romania team is an experience in its own. An year long term in which you dedicate yourself to the national and international network, a year in which you learn more than you would do in five, a year that will shape you as a professional . It will not be easy, it will not be hard, it will not be average, it will simply be the best. It is the best because there will always be a team there for you. Each member of the team is like a piece of lego but when they come together they form superheroes.

Develop a plan to legalize the concept of Junior Enterprise in Romania

Communicate with Junior Entrepreneurs from all around Europe and participate at exchange sessions of best practices

coordinate the activity of the Project Managers that are in charge of JADE Romania Events.

Will offer them support with matters regarding the entire process of JADE Romania`s projects.

Will be responsible of the productive environment of the projects.

Will work closely with the Head of Events in order to create the general plan of each project.

Will make reports of activities, follow-ups and other documentation that are needed for every step of the internal processes.

Realize a motivation plan for the project management team together with the Head of HR.
