Debra (Dee) Maxwell; Salon Manager and Master Stylist

Dee is a licensed cosmetologist and barber with experience as a stylist, manager and Dee has worked as a master stylist at Elizabeth Arden Salon, VICI Capilli instructor.

Salon and Spa, HQ Paul Mitchell Focus Salon and as a barber at Sal’s on Oakland. She was an instructor with VICI Beauty School and The School Paul Mitchell. Dee offers a full range of women’s services but considers herself a specialist in services for men such as razor shaves, cut over comb haircuts and facials. A fun fact about Dee is that she loves fast cars.

Donna Heebner; Stylist

Donna received her education through the State College of Cosmetology and has over 25 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist. She came to Harwood Place in 2016 and really enjoys working with the residents. Donna has lived in Wauwatosa for 22 years and loves the area. In her spare time she cooks, plays sheepshead and goes camping with her family. Donna has four sons, three of which are adults and one that is nine.

Wendy Ploszay; Nail Technician

Wendy received her training from the European Nail Academy and has fourteen years of professional experience. She continues to grow her skillset through continuing education and training in her field. Wendy enjoys fashion, spending time with friends and family and celebrating her favorite holiday; Valentine’s Day. Wendy offers a menu of natural nail care services for women and men.
