WRESTLINGWrestling is offered at both high schools and is available for males and females. Since 2006, three different Hahnville High School wrestlers have been named individual state champions. Trevon Honor of Hahnville High School finished as the 2017 State Runner-up at the LHSAA State Wrestling Championship.

DANCINGDance, including Cajun dancing, is offered in various forms at all levels. Additionally, some middle and high school students are given the opportunity to compete in dance through dance teams.The Destrehan High School Desty Darlings Dance Team was named the 2017 Louisiana Division 1 High School State Champion and placed 10th in the nation for small varsity hip hop.

SOCIAL STUDIES FAIRSStudents in St. Charles Parish Public Schools demonstrate their knowledge and experiences through projects: Senior Projects in 12th grade, Science Fair Projects in 8th grade, and Social Studies Fair Projects in 5th grade. Evan Fuselier of Lakewood Elementary School placed fourth in the 2017 Louisiana State Social Studies Fair for his project, “Engineering Miracle – The Bonnet Carré Spillway.”
