By the end of the course, you should feel comfortable practicing yoga independently at home. If you have any concerns about your ability to perform yoga safely, please consult a physician prior to signing up for class. An MS-certified specialist also is present to help modify poses and provide ideas for individualized adaptations if needed.
Cost is $10 per class, payable at the start of each session or $50 for all six classes (a $10 dollar savings) when paid in full at first session. Classes are limited to eight attendees. Priority is given to people registering for all six classes.
