DEC 8 Opening Mass for Jubilee Year at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception
DEC 9 Receive Mercy 7-9 p.m. Penance service at Christ the King Parish, Denver
DEC 13 Holy Doors Open at the Cathedral Basilica, Mother Cabrini Shrine, Our Lady of Guadalupe in Denver, St. Stephen’s in Glenwood Springs, and St. Anthony’s in Sterling.
Pilgrim Postcard Program Postcards will be available for pilgrims to collect stamps from each of the five designated Holy Door sites. Those who complete their cards will be able to submit them for a drawing to win a Year of Mercy icon.

Theology on Tap Sr. Maris Stella will speak on “Living in the Radiance of His Mercy” @7pm at Katie Mullen’s Irish Pub in Denver.
Mercy Chose Me An archdiocesan-wide conference on how to live the Jubilee Year will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Northglenn. The event will feature a talk by Ted Sri on the meaning of the Jubilee Year, a panel and video on Julia Greeley – Denver’s “Angel of Mercy” – and a closing talk by Fr. John Ignatius on living a spirituality of mercy. Opportunities for engaging in works of mercy with various local apostolates will also be presented.
24 Hours of Mercy Adoration and penance will be available for 24 hours beginning at 5pm on March 4 and ending at 5pm March 5 at the Cathedral Basilica in Denver and St. Stephen’s in Glenwood Springs.
Re ceive Mercy A penance service will be held at St. Anthony’s in Sterling from 7-9pm.

Ar chdiocesan Pilgrimage in Italy Pilgrimage to Italy tentatively includes visits to the St. Padre Pio Shrine in San Giovanni Rotondo, the Eucharistic Miracle in Lanciano, and the numerous Holy Doors in Rome.
Receive Mercy A penance service will be held at St. Joseph Parish in Fort Collins from 7-9pm.
Cl osing of the Holy Doors Holy Doors will be closed at Mother Cabrini Shrine, Our Lady of Guadalupe in Denver, St. Stephen’s in Glenwood Springs, and St. Anthony’s in Sterling.
Cl osing of the Holy Doors Archbishop Aquila will close the Holy Door at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.
Pope Francis will close the Holy Door at St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, bringing the Jubilee Year to an end.
