Colorado State University offers degree programs in Horticulture, Landscape Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. A few colleges and technical schools, including Delta-Montrose Technical College, Pickens Tech in Denver, Northeastern Jr. College in Sterling & Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs also offer certificate, degree or non degree programs in horticulture and related topics while others, like Arapahoe Community College, offer classes on home landscaping, xeriscape, etc. Colorado Master Gardener Program. Many county offices of Colorado State University’s Cooperative Extension Program offer Master Gardener Training as well as other trainings in horticulture, composting, agriculture & natural resources.
