This is the Routing for 10000051 plant 2110.Here maintained standard values as Set up 1440 min, Machine -1440 min etc.. (Labour time will not be considered for processing time calculation)

For work center (TEST) capacity utilization is only 900 min per day

For work center (WCTEST4) capacity utilization is only 900 min per day

As per the scheduling the set up time is 1440 min, according to the work center capacity it will takes 1.6 days (for work center 1 day = 15 hrs)to complete, Like processing time alsoFor 4 work centers the total set up time should be 4 X 1.6 = 6.4 days

For 4 work centers the total Processing time should be 4 X 1.6 = 6.4 days

It will calculate from RoutingIt will fetch from material master directly

Removed the existing values in the material master

Scheduling done in the Routing and click on update material master.

Then it will update in CA96 .click on update material master button

The log shows that updated in the material master

Then the material will not show in CA96
