• Notifications– Archive of Unread E-mails sent to you by CA Connect
• Applications– All applications for which you have been assigned to a
review

which you have been assigned as Team Leader or Team Member

SearchesThe Search Bar now requires you to choose what to search for (e.g. Notifications, Applications, Certificate Reviews)
Can search by:• My Notifications Tab by
using the Application ID# or Notification Subject Line
• My Applications and My Calendar Tabs by using the Company Name or Application ID #
System Notifications• You will receive Notifications
as e-mails to your primary e-mail address
• Notifications are archived on your “My Accounts” page (Unread only) and the “My Notifications tab of CA Connect
• Notifications appear with the most recent first

Scheduling Calendar / Reviews
The Calendar Menu item displays the calendar with the Certificate Reviews that you have been assigned to as Team Leader or Team Member

Itinerary ReportThe Itinerary Report will list:– Dates of the review– Company– Location– Activity– Consultants– AIA
The Itinerary Report will be ready for printing when your Scheduling Agency informs you of its availability.

Applications are broken up into tabs to organize the information. Tabs are:
Application – Application Form Tab
• Company Name• Plant Address• Mailing Address• Ability to Print Application. Certificate Scopes available
through this view.
Printable ApplicationThe printable application will include:– Company address– Scheduling
Information– Application Type– Certificates
Application – Scheduling Tab
The Scheduling Form contains:• Company Information• Hotel Information• Meeting Information
Application – Pre-Certification TabThe Pre-Certification tab will house any actions that occur prior to Certificate Issuance, including:• Survey Reports• AIA Verification• Change Requests
Application – Post-CertificationThe Post-Certification tab will house any actions that occur after Certificate Issuance, including:• Audit Reports• Change Requests• Extension Requests
Application – Certificates Tab• List of Certificates associated with the Application. • For full certificate scope Print the Application from
the Application Information tab.
Application – Documents Tab• All Documents uploaded to the Application• Migrated Applications in Top Level Folder• QRRs and Survey Reports in Pre-Certification

Past ApplicationsIf you wish to review the previous application or survey report for a current application and it is not available on the Documents tab just e-mail [email protected].
You will receive a notification from ASME staff when the files have been uploaded.
Uploaded files will be available in the Documents Tab of the Application.
Uploading ReportsYou have the ability to upload actions to the Pre- and Post- Certification tabs.
To do so, simply navigate to the appropriate tab and do the following:
1. Select the type of action you would like to take
2. Select the type of report you are uploading
3. Enter comments to describe the report, including Company ID#, Type of Report (e.g. QRR) and date of review or last date of nuclear survey(i.e. Co. id # - QRR 10-10-2011)
4. Navigate to the report on your computer using the Browse button (all reports must be in Adobe PDF format)
5. Click the Submit button
Action Type and Report Type options have been filtered so that all items you upload will be hidden from the customer.
1. Select the Action Taken “Other” from the dropdown menu
