ALASTAIR COULSONASSET & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Alastair is a Chartered Member of RICS and has a Post Graduate Diploma in
Property Investment and BSc (Hons) degree.
He is responsible for the operational asset management of the group’s property
portfolio. His primary focus is to establish, agree and manage medium term
investment strategies, including individual asset management plans for each
asset. He is also responsible for the property management function within the
group and oversees on site management teams.
DANIELLE McCLUSKEYCHARTERED SURVEYOR
Danielle is a Chartered Member of the RICS, having graduated with a first class
honours degree in Property Investment and Development.
Specialising in commercial property, Danielle has experience in negotiations,
disposals, acquisitions and property management. She is responsible for a
portfolio of property across the UK and Ireland extending 580,000 sqft of
lettable space and a rent roll of circa £6 million. Danielle’s focus is on sustaining
and creating value by implementing investment, development and proactive
management across the portfolio.
