Fifth Year of Work at Pop ular Institution Brought a t Friday v APPROPRIATE EXERCISES AT SCHOOL GYMNASIUM WERE BY pARGE NUMBER OF PARENTS AND FRIENDS OF THE SCHOOL The commencement exercises of the Pensacoia Classical School on Friday night brought to a close the fifth year of the work of this It was doubtless gratifying the principal and the friends of the school to see the large gymnasium so well filled with those who came to at- test their Interest in the school and In the graduating class by their presence- It was an interesteil gathering ot friends of education and of the idea that the Classical School stands for Mr Dykstra instructor of English and History opened the program with- a few well chosen words explaining the nature of the exercises and the purpose and ideals of the institution These he explained were the influenc- ing of a such a limited number as would insure success by the principal- and instructors through close association between teacher and pupil- in a
