Si prepara nel tumbler con ghiaccio. Mettete nel bicchiere il P31, la

Vodka e il pepe rosa, mescolate e colmate con gassosa. Sistemate un

cucchiaio, poggiandolo sul bordo del bicchiere, con lime e una zolletta

di zucchero di canna imbevuta di assenzio. Decorate con rosmarino.

Servite dando fuoco alla zolletta di zucchero.

piacimento. A completamento di un pasto P31 può anche essere bevuto

liscio, a temperatura ambiente o “on the rocks”, avendo particolari proprietà

digestive grazie all’infuso di erbe da cui è preparato.

The drink is prepared directly in an old fashioned glass, with or

without ice, as per the preference. P31 can also be consumed

smoothly at the room temperature or “on the rocks”. It has special

digestive properties thanks to the herbal infusions used in its

preparation, which also makes it a perfect drink to finish a meal.

Zubereitung in einem klassischen Glas mit oder ohne Eis. Zum

Abschluß eines Essens kann der P 31 auch pur getrunken werden,

mit Zimmertemperatur oder „on the rocks“ da er durch die Kräuter

eine verdauungsfördernde Wirkung hat.

Si prepara direttamente nel tumbler alto. Mettete prima la marmellata

d’arancio, poi ghiaccio (anche pilè), gin e P31 aggiungendo due foglie di

basilico e due fette di zenzero nel bicchiere. Guarnite con fragole e menta.

The cocktail can be prepared directly in a tall tumbler. Firstly, put in the

orange marmalade, then add in some ice cubes along with gin and P31,

followed by adding two basil leaves and two slices of ginger. For the

finishing touch, garnish the drink with a strawberry and mint leaves.

Si prepara in un bicchiere Highball fantasia con ghiaccio misto pilè e a

scaglie. Mettete il succo di lime e lo zucchero. Mescolate aggiungendo

la menta ed unite il rum e il P31. Colmate con soda alla cannella.

Terminate con cannuccia commestibile al gusto di lime.

The drink is prepared in a highball fantasy glass, mixed with grated

Si prepara pestando lo zucchero di canna e lime anche direttamente

nel bicchiere. Mettete il ghiaccio, il succo di lime, il Triple Sec, il P31 e

il bitter di camomilla. Terminate aggiungendo il top di Ginger Beer e

decorando con zenzero, menta fresca e fettina di lime.

The cocktail is prepared by crushing brown sugar and lime directly

into a glass. Add in ice, lime juice, Triple Sec, P31 and chamomile

bitters. Finish by adding Ginger Beer and decorating with ginger,

fresh mint and a slice of lime.

Den Zucker mit Limettensaft direkt im Glas zerstossen.

Alle Zutaten bis auf das Ginger Beer zufügen. Dann das Ginger

decorando con le foglie di menta e un bastoncino di liquirizia.
