RULES AT THE SCHOOL

- The director of the school has trust us with the school, please take care of the materials. - The access to the school will be restricted from 23:00h. - Do not take the classroom keys with you, leave at the secretary after locking the classroom. - No flammable materials in the hallways or move in fire extinguishers are allowed. - It is forbidden to cook in the sleeping facilities. - It is prohibited to stay without T-shirt inside the school. - The lights will switch-off from 23:15. - Smoke or consume alcohol at the school facilities is not allowed. - The silence must be respected from 23:00 to 8:00. - In case of damage, the team leader must immediately contact the organization member.

The timetables must be respected: - Breakfast each day will be served from 08:00am to 10:30am - Lunch each day will be served from 12:00pm to 15:00pm - Dinner each day will be served from 19:00pm to 22:00pm

Note: the organization does not assume any responsibility in case of sport equipment theft or personal belongings of participants in the accommodation or at the facilities.

Schedule Finals A Saturday 29th JuneLast meal (lunch) is served at the school Francisca Cabrita, 300m from the stadium where the finals will be played, for the teams with meals included in all accommodation categories from 11:30 to 15:00h.

Opening CeremonyThe opening ceremony starts at the sport area in Praia da Rocha in Portimão at 18:30 on 25th June. The presentation of the participating teams will join shows as a Bossaball professional exhibition and much more surprises. The captain of each team and one staff member will represent each club during the parade (we recommend to bring flags and symbols from the club to show during the parade). The teams must be 1 hour before at the entrance of the area with the official equipment. We kindly request the presence of the teams in the opening ceremony as our staff team has been working all year to prepare this moment for you.

In Coaches Conference the accreditation process and a tournament presentation will be done for all teams. We would like to have one representant per team for this process which will have the possibility toearn a credit from IPDJ.

In case you have private bus: - The bus driver can drive a maximum of 9 hours per day. - Each day, the bus driver must respect the rest period of 11 hours between the services. - During the Long transfers, the bus driver must stop every 4 four to rest. - The group must take the responsibility for every bills and additional costs in case of extra trips or activities.

The organization has prepared in the each staff member room at his accom-modation a set with snacks and water for each team. We kindly request the staff members to ration it. You can always use the tap water in Portugal,or buy bottle water on site.

The teams must leave the accommoda-tion already equipped for the game. Some facilities may have changing rooms but not enough for the number of teams playing. The shower must be at the

accommodation place and not at thefacilities. This rule also applies to

the local teams.

The organization does not provide balls for warming up, please bring

yours!

During the first day thereare official photographs at the

facilities for, before your first orsecond game, make the official photo for the tournament. Later you can order the

photoset!
