Proven in Production

More than 2,300 C-130s have been built and more than 1,600

are still operating in over 70 countries around the globe.

Our proven, flexible manufacturing processes ensure we

meet the needs of our current and future C-130J customers.

• Proven track record of on-time or ahead-of-schedule aircraft deliveries

• Production flexibility to allow the building of multiple configurations simultaneously

• Optimized quality and procurement efficiencies through an established global supply chain

Proven in Operations

The C-130J is a powerful, flexible and versatile platform that

has the capability to execute a wide range of missions. From

a complete brigade paradrop in less than five minutes, to a

search-and-rescue mission, to a ground offload of urgently

needed supplies at short, remote airfields, the C-130J has

proven it can get the job done.

• Deployed in support of combat operations in Southwest Asia since 2002, with outstanding performance in high-altitude/ hot-temperature environments

• Supporting air-bridge (re-supply) operations in Southwest Asia

• Supported firefighting efforts in Western United States

• Supported numerous humanitarian relief and peacekeeping operations

– Tsunami relief in Jakarta

– Earthquake relief in Pakistan

• Consistent mission capable rate above 90 percent

• Advanced onboard diagnostics allow maintenance personnel to quickly identify and fix any issues, becoming the industry benchmark at approximately one maintenance man-hour per flight hour

• Ongoing partnerships with our customers provide a full range of support – at best value

– Through Life Support (TLS) for Australia’s fleet of C-130Js

– Hercules Integrated Operational Support (HIOS) for the U.K. fleet of C-130Ks and Js
