Dear Local Business Leader, On behalf of the Greater Phoenix Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce Board, I am writing to invite your business or organization to participate this year in the 9th Annual Festival of Trees: Saturday, December 2, 2017, from 7-10pm at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix. Our event features two-stories of an open venue featuring trees donated from local organizations, GPGLCC members, and creative individuals like you. We expect between 350-450 attendees, including LGBT business owners, allies, local/state/national leaders, museum members and members of our community. Trees are auctioned and raffled throughout the event, and then delivered to winners following the event. GPGLCC’s mission is to support business growth, visibility, professional development and community outreach through our LGBT business and allied community. This year, our non-profit beneficiary is the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, whose mission is to engage the minds, muscles and imaginations of children and the grown-ups who care about them. With hands-on interactive exhibits designed for children ages birth to 10, the Museum focuses on learning through play, with emphasis on early childhood education and school-readiness. We’re looking for organizations to create and donate a tree to this year’s event OR to be a sponsor of the overall event OR to donate items for the silent auction.
