5 Amazing Heroes

• Justin Bieber- Teenage singer who helps growing kids and teenagers believe they can do anything

• Martin Luther King Jr.- Man who changed black rights

• Amelia Earhart- First woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean

• Rosa Parks- Wouldn’t give up her seat for a white person, stood up for her rights as a person

• Jesus Christ- Died on the cross for everyone on Earth

Justin Bieber

• Showed kids that they can do anything they put their mind to

• Gives people hope that when life is hard things can get better and you can get through anything as long as you believe you will get through it

• Performed at school for kids that don’t have as nice of life as other kids might have, donated money and toys to them

• Donates to hospitals and charities

Martin Luther King Jr.

• Gave a speech called The Dream it changed segregation

• Made people believe that segregation and discrimination was not right

• Gave African Americans

and “colored” people rights

Amelia Earhart

• First American woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean

• Showed that women can do anything that men can do

• Taught people to never give up on their dreams

• Helped discrimination against women and women rights

Rosa Parks

• Fought for freedom of segregation and discrimination

• Had courage to stand up for herself and other African-Americans

• Refused to move to the back of the bus where the “colored” people were supposed to sit

• Got the rules changed; black people could sit wherever they wanted, bus driver must respect all riders, and black people could apply for drivers positions

Jesus Christ

• Sacrificed his life and died on the cross for us

• Jesus was nice to everyone and never sinned

• He helps people through their problems and he is always there for them to talk

• Jesus protects me, I can always talk to him, and he forgives everyone’s sins

• Without him we wouldn’t have the great people we have today

• He keeps people from doing bad things, because they know they will be sinning against god
