Lefty and Bud finally drive to the building where Herman E. Calloway is staying. Bud walks into the building and sees about 5 band members all talking and laughing. The Band members think that another woman sent him to send them a message. Bud states that he is looking for his father and says that it’s Herman E. Calloway.

BY: Chris D. and Ashleigh L.• Bud tries to hi-jack Lefty Lewis’ car, and he went about 30 giant steps before it cut-off• Lefty Lewis decided to take Bud to his house and let him sleep. • When Bud woke up, he had a good meal of pancakes, sausage and orange juice with Lefty Lewis’ grandkids (Scott and Kim)• He also met Mrs. Sleet, Mr. Lewis’s daughter.
• Lefty Lewis and Bud head out on the road after breakfast the next morning• Mr. Lewis gets stopped by the cops because some cops are checking all cars that they’ve never seen before for labor organizers. • Mr. Lewis then shows bud a flier that he is handing out to all of the labor organizer members.
