Why did the war happen? (Real)Mostly because of the taxation of all ships

coming through the Sea of Marmara which made the Greeks angry and made them want to destroy the city of Troy.

Also the saying : “The face that launched 1000 ships” because Helen was so beautiful, the Greeks were determined to win her back and bring he back to Greece.
