Bustan Baka’s enormous green surroundings make it one of the most special locations in the entire Jerusalem area. Bustan Baka is the joint effort of two of Jerusalem’s leading real estate firms. The developer is the MAHR Group, which is completing construction of Bait Vegan Residence, a luxury project of hundreds of units in the Bayit Vegan neighborhood. Before that, the developers built the Kochav Hatzafon project in Romema, as well as other leading projects in the capital.

The project is being built by Neta Lifshitz, Ltd., which has 40 years of experience building major projects in Jerusalem, including the neighborhood that was built on the site of the old Biblical Zoo in Romema, the Shukanyon, and more. Bustan Baka is being planned and designed by Braidman Agmon Architects, with the landscaping to be done by the firm of Rachel Weiner.
