Taxes and DutiesNo taxes are charged by MediaSpark on shipments made to any country, other thanCanada. GoVenture products shipped to the USA are tax and duty free. Value OptionThe GoVenture Value Option is an optional, annual subscription. Value Option subscribershave access to resources, special offers and discounts that are not available to non-subscribers. The Value Option is NOT required for your use and enjoyment of theGoVenture simulations. However, we are confident that the Value Option will addsignificant value to your GoVenture experience.

One Value Option subscription covers all instructors at your organization (or school)located at one physical address location. Also, one Value Option subscription covers allGoVenture simulation software product licenses you own. Buying additional GoVentureproducts can extend your free Value Option period for up to a year. *

A subscription to the Value Option includes 12 months of: Free Customer Support by toll-free telephone (US and Canada), email, and

GoVenture.NETwork. Free software upgrades for same version family (e.g. 1.5 to 1.8 but not 1.5 to 2.0). Discounted price offer when upgrading to a new version (e.g. 1.x to 2.0). Permission for instructors and facilitators to use the software at home (up to the

maximum number of seats permitted by your license). Subscription to the locked Value Option area of the GoVenture.NETwork: including

activities, updates/additions to test banks, additional learning guides, and moreteaching and training aides.

Permission to duplicate/photocopy print and online materials for licensed users(within the GoVenture Duplication Guidelines).

One $50 per year discount ($25 for Homeschool subscribers) off the next purchaseof a new GoVenture simulation product for your school or organization (valid whilesubscription is active please claim your discount at time of purchase as it is notautomatically applied).

* Buying Additional GoVenture SimulationsA single subscription to the GoVenture Value Option covers all instructors at your licensedlocation and all GoVenture simulation products. If you purchase additional GoVentureproducts with a one-year free Value Option offer and you already have an active ValueOption subscription, then your current Value Option subscription will be extended to oneyear from the date of your latest purchase. Software License DescriptionsFollowing are descriptions of the various software licenses that may be available for thisproduct in your market (See Pricing Software License above for options).

Individual/Home License:This license is for one individual's personal use only. It allows for one registered owner touse the software on a single computer.

SEAT License:

This license allows for many people to use the software at the same organization (orschool) at one physical address location. The number of seats purchased determines howmany computers may run the software concurrently (at the same time). For example, a 5-Seat License allows for the software to be run on up to 5 computers at the same time. Inthis example, the software may be installed on a network, or installed on more than 5computers, but the software may not be run on more than 5 computers concurrently.Individual Seats cannot be shared amongst different organizations (or schools).

SITE License:This license allows for use of the software on all your organization's (or school's)computers at one physical address location at any time. There are no limits on how manycomputers may run the software concurrently as long as they are on the same site (one

physical address location). A SITE License cannot be shared amongst differentorganizations.

Lab-Pack:This license is for post-secondary educational institutions that wish to own the softwareand continue to reuse it with different students. Under this option, there is no cost for thestudents to use the software. This license allows for many people to use the software atthe same organization (school) at one physical address location. The number of seatspurchased determines how many computers may run the software concurrently (at thesame time). For example, a 5-Seat License allows for the software to be run on up to 5computers at the same time. In this example, the software may be installed on a network,or installed on more than 5 computers, but the software may not be run on more than 5

Student-Pack:This license is for post-secondary educational institutions that do not wish to own thesoftware and instead prefer that students purchase and own the software. Under thisoption, every student using the software would have to own their copy. This licenseconsists of two licenses: 1) A 1-Seat License or Online User Subscription for the Instructor,and 2) An Individual/Home License or Online User Subscription for each student whopurchases the software. One CD or Online User Subscription is provided with theInstructor's license and one with each license purchased by a Student. For more details,see descriptions of Seat License, Individual/Home License, and Online User Subscription.

Online User Subscription:Learner-ManagedOnline User Subscriptions Applies to the following licenses:Home/Individual, Education Postsecondary, Nonprofit, Government, and Businesslicenses. This license allows for one person to be assigned access to the software for agiven period of time the duration of the subscription. The software is accessed via theInternet. Using a computer with Internet access, a subscriber can use the software at anytime and as often as desired, as designated by the license, until the subscription expirationdate. A subscription cannot be shared or reassigned each person wishing to use thesoftware must have his/her own subscription, which includes a unique username andpassword.

Instructor-ManagedOnline User Subscriptions Applies to Education K12 licenses:This license allows for one or more Instructors at the same School to share a Subscription

and be assigned access to the software for a given period of time the duration of thesubscription. Based on the number of Student Accounts purchased, and as assigned bythe Instructor(s), the software may also be accessed by Students registered at the sameSchool as the Instructor(s). The software is accessed via the Internet.
