This table show that how much dependent variable depends on independed variable. As shown in the above table the significance value of the 2-tailed t-test is (p-value= .392). The confidence interval is .05. As the p-value is greater than the confidence interval value (p-value>05) so, we are unable to reject Ho: Work experience affects motivational level. That’s mean the work experience is motivating employees.

This table shows that how much dependent variable depends on independed variable. As shown in the above table the significance value of the 2-tailed t-test is (p-value= .000). The confidence interval is .05. As the p-value is smaller than the confidence interval value (p-value <.05) so, we reject Ho: Working environment motivates employees. That’s mean the working environment does not motivate the employees.

Tabl2 2: shows that how much dependent variable depends on independed variable. As shown in the above table the significance value of the 2-tailed t-test is (p-value= .000). The confidence interval is .05. As the p-value is smaller than the confidence interval value (p-value <.05) so, we reject Ho: Promotion opportunities motivate employees. That’s mean the promotional opportunities does not motivate the employees.

shows that how much dependent variable depends on independed variable. As shown in the above table the significance value of the 2-tailed t-test is (p-value= .015). The confidence interval is .05. As the p-value is smaller than the confidence interval value (p-value <.05) so, we reject Ho: Involvement in decision making motivates employees. That’s mean the involvement in decision making does not motivate the employees
There are numerous factors that affect motivation level among employees; we have selected different factors such as Experience, Satisfaction, incentive, Salary, Job security, Promotion, Decision making, incentive, work experience and work environment. On the basis of all these factors we wanted to know that to what extent these factors influence employee motivation, we made hypothesis on the basis of these independent variables and ran simple T-test, than we analyze the results and on the basis of outcomes we infer that among all the variables work experience is the only factor that is affecting employee motivation positively and is important for high level of inspiration for employees
CONCLUSION
